Sold me a 30 dollar game card for Xbox one Xbox 360 like asked for.
When I pointed out receipt said Xbox one not 360 I was told not to worry would work.
Microsoft confirmed was wrong game card…30 min on phone call
Called gamestop corporate customer service (1hr 20 min on hold) store was closed… they said take 2 – 3 days to look up my receipt in their system to issue refund.
These people r suppose to be experts
