McCorkle Construction specializes in remodels following dry-​rot repair. We also do decks, fences, additions and outbuildings. We do all of the carpentry-​related work and have an excellent list of sub-​contractors for sheet rock, concrete, elecrical, plumbing, flooring, painting and design/​engineering/​architecture. History

Established in 2000.

McCorkle Construction started after Mark McCorkle moved to the coast and began improving an investment property. After apprenticing with Merserelli Construction in Arch Cape, OR, McCorkle Construction was established and began by doing work for local home owners on Neahkahnie Mountain. Later work lead to barn restoration and remodels. After establishing ties in the community, McCorkle Construction now works with Windermere Real Estate/​Manzanita, Sunset Rental, North Coast Watchmen Services among many others.
