I used to work across the street from here so I would visit on occasion. They serve Ancora Coffee that hails from Madison! Overall, it is a nice place and the coffee is great, even though it does take them forever to prepare your drink. The turn off for me was a woman who worked at the counter. She would be bright and friendly with her regulars, calling them by name, asking them how their families were, etc. As soon as I reached the counter, her smile faded and impassivity struck. No «hi! how are you today? Just the basic questions to find out what I wanted and shuffle me on. I noticed that she acted the same way with the guy behind me. Then, as soon as she saw a customer she knew, the charm was back on. Really? As much as I love Ancora coffee, I am paying just as much if not more for my occasional specialty drink as your regulars are! Customer service goes a long way, friends. I have not gone back there.

I don’t come here as often anymore, but I work down the street so I do go here at least once a week. The food is a bit overpriced but ok. The customer service is simply non existent. I try my hardest to do local business, but the service is extremely slow and they’re slow to acknowledge customers standing there waiting, even during slow times– so I’ll end up going to Shellatte’s or Starbucks most days instead. I go there to study when I do go, but two out of the last three times I’ve been, they’ve forgotten to bring out my food! I’d like to see them do well, but they definitely need to polish up on their friendliness, especially to their regular customers!

This is one of my favorite lunch spots! I’m having the White Chicken Chili and Magic toast… SO delicious and hand made to boot!

This place is excellent. I was visiting from Washington DC where there’s a plethora of food options, so I was ecstatic to find this place that has gluten free options and dairy free drinks. I got a gluten free sandwich(yes they have gluten free bread!) toasted and a chai with almond milk. All decent priced and very good. Great little outdoor area in the back as well.

Forget about the taste and the options It takes 20 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich Do not come here if you are extremely hungry or if you are in a hurry

I really enjoy the fresh sandwiches and creative drinks served in the rustic coffee house setting. However, they were closed today bc its too cold. Now, I am all for safety, but you own and operate a COFFEESHOPINNEWI, the point is to be open and serve coffee and tea when its cold. Comon, I made it in to work. Wow.

Wonderful coffee house atmosphere. Reminds me of my days at UW. Big tables and great soy cappucino. Bagel was ok, service a little slow with a pile of dishes waiting to be bussed next to the sugars. Yup, feels like college. But I loved the linguine stirrers.

VEGANFRIENDLY The shop has Almond and Soy milk. It has a few vegetarian sandwiches that you can juts ask for with no cheese to make vegan. Had a mushroom burger, and another veggie full burger that was both delicious. Can’t wait to go back to Neenah to have some of this.

I used to work at a place that was right across the street. It breaks my heart they won’t be my go-to lunch spot anymore because I’m not working in the same area. I wasn’t thrilled with the hot chocolate(a little weak), but the food was incredible. Going here introduced me to a few new food loves of my life: ham and brie sandwich, the cherry goat cheese salad, and a roasted red pepper soup that I still crave. I don’t drink coffee, so I can’t really speak on that. This was my favorite place to go to and the staff is incredibly friendly and sweet. I will miss them more than anything, but I think their food is really the strong point. Overall, it’s one of my favorite places to visit in Neenah. Definitely recommend!

Good espresso served in a pottery demitasse with a spoon. Nice feel to this place with rustic architecture(high beamed ceilings, rough hewn woods). Free WiFi, you can work/study/relax/vegetate here for hours. Friendly staff, lots of treats, plus a breakfast cereal station(Cheerios, Cap’n Crunch, etc), as well as more substantial and healthy food as well. They even have kombucha here.

I don’t know why, but I love the Mint Leaf Frappé. It really is not that good, but I keep coming back to it. Also, must have the Chirizo Breakfast Burrito. The staff is cool. Very urban hippie.
