Very professional and courteous service. When I made the appointment on the phone, I was told the total cost I would be charged for a service guy to come out and thoroughly clean our wood burning fireplace chimney and fire box, as well as an inspection with a condition report. The service guy showed up on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the soot and ash that was in there.
What was really remarkable was that he did all of this work without making a mess or leaving even a smudge inside our home. Highly recommended!
Also want to add that their communication is one of the best I’ve encountered for local service providers. My appointment needed to be made a couple of weeks out because of it being a busy time of the year for this trade. I received a notification of the time window for my appointment a week in advance, with a reminder the day before my appointment. I wish more providers were that good with their service communication.
