History

Established in 2010.

Attorney Stephen Kenny has been practicing law since 2010. He previously worked at a large firm prior to departing to best serve his clients with personalized legal counsel.

Stephen partners with an amazing team which ensures customized representation of buyers and sellers, as well as mortgage lenders, developers, banks and REALTORS enabling him to represent clients in an efficient and expert manner. His back-​end operations creates a boutique office structure to deliver outstanding real estate services. He works with directly with his clients to develop strategic solutions to facilitate transactions.

Business Owner

Stephen Kenny received his B.A. from the University of Vermont where he double majored in Political Science and Sociology. After clerking at the largest law firm in northern New England, Stephen attended Suffolk University Law School where he earned his J.D. While at Suffolk Law, Stephen won Honors Distinction for Oral Advocacy, served on the Student Bar Association and obtained a Suffolk Defenders Fellowship representing indigent clients.

Stephen has been specializing in real estate law for the majority of his legal career. His expertise in negotiation and communication allow him to confidently and effectively advocate for the needs of his clients. Steve also works diligently to ensure all files are managed skillfully, completed efficiently and that all parties involved are pleased. Steve is a current member of the Massachusetts Bar and Real Estate Bar Associations. He is also an active participant in his MetroWest community where he resides with his wife.
