Better than I hoped for. Car was back in perfect condition and the rental car worked out great.

Make an appointment and hand your car over to Gino. This company is thoughtful, compassionate and quick. I will return again and again for repairs, paint jobs, whatever is needed. Prices are very reasonable and they will work with your budget or insurance estimate.

First forget what you know about body shops!
I will admit, because of experiences with ‘other’ body shops, I went to Needam Collision with my guard up.
Gino came out, and looked at my mini-​van, for a moment. Yes, like a moment, then we went inside the office. He printed out the estimate, and handed it to me and said:
«OK, the work should take about 3 days.»
So I said: Meaning, I should plan for 4 maybe 5 days.
Gino, paused, gave me a raised brow and said: Nah, 3 days.
And I booked it. Here is what happened.
I said I would be there on Monday morning around 7:00AM
I walked into the office, and the Enterprise Rental Car guy was waiting for me.
Handed me keys to the rental, and said: Leave the rental here, when you’re done.
Then Gino came out into the office area, followed by a puppy.
He told an anxious, excited puppy at his feet that he only was carrying cigarettes, and puppy didn’t want any.
Gino took my keys.
I asked: Three Days?
Gino said: Three Days
And…THREE DAYS LATER.
The van was done. the work and paint matching was flawless.
The final balance, was exactly the estimate Gino first provided, at a glance.
So, in closing…
I got my van… Gino and Needman Collision has won my business… and the puppy didn’t get a carton of Parliments. Everyone Wins.

It is very hard to find a auto place that you trust. Well if it is auto body work you need you just found it! The owner Gino is a very fair and honest man. I have four children, three that drive! so I call Gino often. he has been fair with price,(yes I checked out other places) and also told me when it was really just a waste of money to fix something. Hopefully I will not see him for awhile but, I trust him completely and am very happy he is there for our next fender bender!

After being in an accident this was the «preferred» autobody shop by my insurance. Since I just moved to the area and didn’t know any other place I figured why not! I AM SO HAPPY WITH THEM! It took them less than a week to fix it and when I got my car back and my horn stopped working which I cant say if its something that was overlooked or if it was fine and just stopped working. In any case Gino had me bring it in and in less than 10 minutes replaced the horn and had it working!
I LOVE YOU GINO! (I really need my horn! LOL)
I will definitely go back to them for any other repairs my car may need (hopefully no time soon!) I would also highly recommend them to anyone in the area. So beyond happy with my experience. Thanks everyone at Needham Collision!

This should have been five stars, but the associated car rental through the body shop forced me to subtract 2 stars. I actually was impressed the speed they repaired my car. They quickly scheduled me and worked with my insurance to get the extra fixes needed to make my car whole after some old guy hit me from behind. So you ask, what happened to subtract 2 whole stars.
The insurance company authorized me to get a rental car while my car was in the shop. When I spoke to the Needham Collision people on the phone I mentioned that and they said they would setup the rental for me (through my insurance). They assured me there would be no charges, and the insurance company would pay the whole thing (I made sure to ask a couple times since the insurance company had told me to use hertz and the body shop had me using enterprise). I thought… great, that is convenient, and if it is all no cost to me, I will go with the body shops car rental. They made me leave a credit card just in case I broke the car or something… but that seemed pretty standard.
Anyhow, I drop off my car, pick up the rental… all is good. I return the car 2 days later with the correct amount of gas. All is good. Couple days later I look at my credit card statement and there is a charge from enterprise. I quickly call enterprise (the local place it came from in Needham) and asked what was up… I was sure it was supposed to be covered by insurance. Anyhow… the guy working there gave me some story about how that is not the case, and how the insurance company didn’t give them enough money so they charged me. That didn’t sound right. Anyhow, we ended up in a shouting match. This guys wasn’t gonna budge and he told me the manger was «on vacation». I was pissed.
So I called the body shop. The lady I spoke to was really nice. I told her what had happened and she seemed upset about it. She said she would take care of it and call me back. As she promised, she called me back and said all was taken care of and Enterprise would give me back my money. I was very thankful. I waited a few days, but no money was returned to my credit card. Instead, I called my credit card and disputed the charges. They refunded my money immediately and said they would take care of it.
Bottom line… great experience with the body shop, but you may want to setup your own car rental. I also think that Needham Collision should not do business with the Needham Enterprise branch… if I find out they do, I will upgrade this to 5 stars!
