Living areas: Paint, install new molding, lighting (recessed, external, and directional), plugs and window treatments. Repair damaged ceilings and walls from water leaks.

Kitchen/​Bathrooms: Install new cabinets, vanities, counter tops, sinks, faucets, toilets, and all appliances. Medicine cabinet, shower/​tub door, exhaust fan, and GFI plug installation, re-​cualk tubs and new tile.

Re-​caulk around tub and areas exposed to water. Paint, wallpaper, re-​grout and install new lighting. Install over range microwaves.

Basement /​Laundry Room: Convert and update for increased functionality, install washers, dryers, shelving, closet organizers and all electrical.

Exterior: Window, door, deck replacement and repair. Repair or install new stairs, walkways, brickwork, retaining walls, bulkheads, mailboxes, garage door openers and reseal driveways.
