We had another great experience with FASTSIGNS of Needham. They seem to understnad what we need and how to help us achieve the best products for our customers. The product is first rate and they have always met our deadlines. I highly recommend them because the customer service is excellent and that is only the beginning of a professional and rewarding experience.

I’ve ordered signs from this company twice, and also had them make and install custom signs for my office windows. On 2 out of the 3 occasions, they hit me with additional fees on top of the original proposal. My most recent experience was the last straw and I will no longer bring my business to FastSigns in Needham, MA and I don’t recommend you do either. The quality of work is good, but the customer service is not.
