Commonwealth Learning Center provides customized 1-to-1 tutoring and assessments to students of all ages, in all subject areas. Our certified educators have special expertise in learning differences, including dyslexia, ADHD, non-verbal learning disabilities, and executive function difficulties.
We are an independent nonprofit that has served the community for more than 25 years as a leading educational resource. What can we help with? Whatever our students need! Including but not limited to:
* Reading (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, Project Read® Reading Comprehension, Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing™ Programming, Nancibell® Visualizing & Verbalizing™)
* Writing (Project Read® Written Expression)
* Math (TouchMath®, The Landmark Method for Teaching Arithmetic)
* Study Skills
* Academic Test Preparation (SAT, PSAT, SSAT, ISEE, MCAS, PARCC, GED, GRE, etc.)
* Vocational Test Preparation (CPA, MTEL, civil service, licensure/certification, etc.)
Additionally, Commonwealth Learning Center has offered comprehensive and cost-effective assessments for more than 20 years. Our Needham Center provides educational and psychological evaluations. Our Danvers Center offers educational evaluations in reading and math. Our key focus is on timely diagnosis, in order for students to receive support as soon as possible.
Financial aid is available for those who qualify.

The Stratford Foundation Inc. is a 501©(3) nonprofit organization supporting Commonwealth Learning Center. Formed in 1986, Stratford opened the first Commonwealth Learning Center in 1988 and began providing 1-to-1 teaching to students of all ages.
Our mission is to be a valuable educational resource for the community.
We enhance the academic skills of those who learn differently and those seeking to accelerate current performance through 1-to-1, individualized instruction.
