I agree with the other review about how Dr. Chang does a great job. The prices are very good for the eye exam and contact lens exam, and he does a thorough job. HOWEVER, the women at the front desk are just AWFUL. Why do they always bill me when I already paid for everything? It is so frustrating to have to always waste my time to fix the problem. Can’t they keep better track of these things? I feel like it’s EVERY TIME.

Dr. Chang is awesome. The two women at the front desk are completely horrible. They complain about other patients openly and there’s always a problem with my insurance. Every. Single. Time.
