History

Established in 1996.

We are a family business that has been in flooring for over 30 years. Peter, the owner and master craftsman, has been installing carpet and designing custom area rugs since 1978. The business has changed names and locations, but the vision has remained the same; making luxury goods at an affordable price with an emphasis on environmental responsibility. In the 90’s we started making contacts in the reclamation business, and recently have become more active in the recycling community. Now we have a workroom where we do most all of our fabrication with a showroom to showcase our large selection of remnants. We have been featured on Channel 5’s Chronicle and The Boston Globe Magazine in the last couple of years which has allowed our business to grow into the 21^st century. Peter’s sons, Matt and Billy have helped him transform his small business to a unique rug boutique offering more products and services than ever before.

In order to allow my father, Peter, to focus on his craft, I have taken over as manager of business operations. I am focused on maintaining the momentum we have gained through our positive press over the past 2 years while creating a more organized business and customer friendly service.
