Leash and Lead

I have been using Leash & Lead since since my two dogs and I moved to Richmond a little over a year ago and have been nothing but thrilled with the service. From day one, at the first meet and greet, Melissa was friendly, professional, and connected right away with my babies. She answered all my questions, and has continued that level of service, and then some, ever since.
Between my full-​time job, daily commute to Charlottesville, and being a grad student, my schedule can get so hectic and change in an instant. Mel is always so responsive and helpful and able to accommodate so the dogs don’t suffer as a result of last minute schedule changes. They love her! She sends me pics of their time together and status updates on how they did each visit. They take walks, play in the back yard, play in the house on rainy days (my babies do not like water and will not stay out in it other than to go potty). I’ve used Leash and Lead for daily visits and overnight trips as well, and I couldn’t recommend a better pet company for the dogs!
