Rarely do we find a: food this amazing and b: all agree that the food is amazing. People are honest and bring a good quality with purpose. We are patrons of the new Palmer Township location and have fallen in love. You MUST try them!

just stopped at Newburg Deli in Palmer Twsp. chaos, unorganized. i’m hoping it was there 1^st day. once i walked in and saw the owner was not behind the grill, i knew i wqs in trouble.

This is our go to place for cheesesteaks. My boys never ate cheesesteak sandwiches before now.
When my wife and I say we are ordering cheesesteaks my boys always ask if it is from the Newburgh Deli.
Their cheesesteaks are the best. And if you love Ke Buffalo Chicken cheesesteaks, look no further. The rolls are amazing.

These folks are super nice and they try to accommodate gluten free when they can.
They are one of the few delivery in the area that offer gluten free that’s not pizza (and the GF crew knows how that can be…) so I was very thankful to find them.
They were very friendly and delivered quickly. They did, however, put croutons on my salad when I asked them not to, but the bunless cheesesteak was tasty – no it’s not Philly, but it was good. The fries weren’t cooked through, but it filled me up when I had no other options. I’d be willing to give them another go and get the food fresh.

I am still trying to absorb what just happened. We placed an order and the delivery driver did not have ANY change on them (after requesting that they bring change for a twenty) so we called and asked if they could bring back our change minus the tip that we left the driver. The owner got on the phone and proceeded to yell at me and said that I was a «low life and a scumbag» for requesting such a small amount of change and that we should have tipped the driver better (left three dollars). Refused to bring change back and said that if I wanted it back I would need to drive over myself. I protested and said that wasn’t fair and he continued to go on about previous orders that he «bent over backwards to fill» because we paid on multiple credit cards. He said that we were «dead» to him and he didn’t want our business and hung up. We had had issues in the past with moldy bagels and food orders messed up and were given a hard time but were previously regular customers for the past year. Unbelievable that a business owner could treat anyone this way! Not sure if the reviews here are accurate or just friends of the owners. and the cheesesteak isn’t that great they just got the most votes by going around to local businesses and begging them to vote for them.

Love me some Cheesesteak and this place knows what they’re doing BUT the young lady behind the counter on Wednesday gave me the wrong order. When I got home, my cheesesteak with sauce and onions transformed into a plain steak with sauce, kosher dill spears and hot peppers. I’m sure the other guy waiting was ticked off too. Place has good food and very reasonable prices but warning to all, check your order before you leave.

Amazing customer service and very friendly and humble owner. Food looks great and tastes amazing. Especially for me I’ve never had a cheesesteak from Philly before and this was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately I’m not from around here but if I’m ever around here I will certainly come back to get food from here GUARANTEED!

Rarely do I write reviews on here but I felt the need to tonight. I placed an order using grub hub for this location. After receiving an email confirmation saying the meal was in the works, my family and I eagerly awaited our food. After an hour and a half the eagerness wore off. So I called the restaurant to see what the hold up could be. First the woman who answered the phone claims she had never received my order, then a moment later she stated she had contacted grub hub who should have contacted me because and I quote this «they were too busy to make the food». Is this not a restaurant? Are you not in the business to sell food? The order was placed 2 hours before they closed. I am not sure if they did not want to deliver this order or what happened. The restaurant contacted grub hub after I had complained and grub hub contacted me and apologized. I see this as the restaurants fault however. How/​why would you refuse a customer? Also if you do have the decency to call them and let them know. I have a family member who knows the owners so I will be stopping in to see exactly what happened later this week. I would not recommend ordering online. terrible customer service.

Wow… best cheesestakes in the universe… love the family owned local deli… and the food is amazing. You should try the xtra virgin olive oil on your salad next time…

Been going by this place for 6 months, finally stopped in. What a great find! The cheesestake was outta this world! Fresh, tasty, delicious, the fries were fresh cut and fried!
Met Mario and Lydia, the owners. Great couple, great conversation, clearly Mario loves bringing fresh, flavorful food to you. Ask him, he’ll tell you where all of hus ingredients come from. You’ll enjoy them both, and don’t forget to pickup a bittke of their imported olive oil!

Best chicken cheesesteak I’ve had in the Lehigh Valley. The chicken parm is also very good. Friendly staff and great food. Can’t ask for much more than that.

I have never reviewed a place on Unilocal before. I am reviewing this because I don’t even expect customer service this terrible from Comcast.
I used the «order online» feature on this app, and I was sent an email confirmation confirming my order. After not receiving my order after an hour, I called the restaurant to check in the status of the order.
They told me that they never received an order. I informed that I placed an order online over an hour ago, and they said they never received it and asked through what website. They said to call that site and hung up on me abruptly while I was expressing my confusion about that statement.
I’m sure the food is lovely and it’s a nice restaurant. However, if you’re going to set up systems for online orders you need to do a few things: 1. Check those orders. 2. Give a shit about those customers. 3. Not hang up on them when they call with a perfectly natural question. 4. Not blame the website offhand without even checking whether you actually received the order.
Oh and as a general rule of thumb, it’s usually best not to hang up on a customer as they’re trying to figure out why they paid money for your food and you don’t plan on giving them any food.
Seriously. I did not even receive an apology.

Cheese Steaks are their specialty and they are good.

Found this place today after living in lower Naz for over a year. Best deli subs in the area hands down. Order the Italian sub and they nailed it. Reminded me of food I used to get at the deli on Long Island where I grew up. This joint is getting added to the rotation in a big way. Can’t wait to try breakfast tomorrow.

Today I ordered from Newburg Deli, using the GrubHub app on my phone. I’d never ordered from here before, so I figured a new experience would give me an opportunity to write another Unilocal review, which I love doing. :)
But also because I saw this place only had 2 Unilocal reviews, so I figured another one could help to get the ball rolling, maybe.
So here is what I ordered:
10″ Hot steak and cheese sandwich «with the works» (mushrooms, peppers, onions and sauce)
Chicken Parmesan (with garlic bread and pasta)
5 Pierogies
Shockingly, I’d never tried pierogies before, and they seem so popular. So I figured now was as good a day as any to FINALLY try them. And the company says they use high-​quality ingredients to make everything from scratch, so that caught my interest too.
So here goes…
I placed my order at 6:25pm. The estimated delivery time on the GrubHub app said 7:18pm-ish. But it arrived early, at around 7:04pm.
The delivery lady was very nice (and lovely as well). She handed me a shallow cardboard platform with all my food, and we greeted and said goodbye with smiles. So I would say friendly service as of what I have experienced.
The Food:
First off, the servings are VERY generous.
I have added some photos of the food I ordered, but I will give a description, both in looks and in taste, for each dish. And as I am sitting here eating the food, I’m writing the reviews while I taste each item, so that everything is fresh in my mind.
Pierogies: So what do I think of them, now that I have finally tried some? I like them! They are sort of a lightly-​salted, half-​circle, fried pastry filled what tastes like creamy mashed potatoes. All flavorful, not bland. Mmmmmmm.
Steak and cheese sandwich «with the works»: Oh man… That is one GODD sandwich! Warm, soft bread packed with plenty of the filling – Melty creamy cheese, tender steak strips, cooked onion, mushrooms and green bell peppers. All with good flavor! My kind of sandwich for sure.
Chicken Parmesan with Pasta and garlic Bread: GOOD! Ok, so the paste is penne. With a fresh and robust-​tasting tomato sauce (its hearty, you can see tiny chunks of tomato in it). The tender chicken is covered with a light breading crust and covered in melted parmesan cheese – sitting on top of the pasta. And the garlic bread is lightly crispy on the outside, soft everywhere else, and just the right amount of garlic and butter.
Oh wow. Yum, yum, yum. You wouldn’t think you could order food like this from a «deli». For some reason, whenever I think deli, I think cold meats and sliced cheese. But yeah, this is a GREAT meal for the hearty eater.
Judging by the menu on their website (carrying burgers and fries, along with salads and such), it looks like the whole family could eat here, or all your friends, whether they are looking for some filling comfort food, or if they wanna go light and healthy. There’s a little bit of everything here, and the prices are decent.
All in all, I would have to say this place gets 5 stars from this happy customer!

This is a new neighborhood deli and sandwich place. I encourage all in the Lower Nazareth area to stop in for breakfast or lunch, have a sandwich (get The Dutchie on sourdough — my fave) or a cup if coffee. They sell deli meats to go at competitive pricing with the Giant or Wegmans, and the are very selective about the ingredients and quality. All good all around and friendly folks to boot. Very happy to have this near as a new and dependable lunch spot!

Service: Wow! The owners are great. I recently had major jaw surgery and they happily dealt with all of my special requests. if this is how they always are… it will be refreshing dealing with them for some breakfast on my ride to work.
Food: Foods my wife and I have tried have been great
The cheese steak is amazing. Soups are amazing.
General: Very clean for this type of establishment. Nice selection of side salads especially if having company over and feeling lazy.
