I went just for one bracelet ended with a few more! The staff was so friendly and just let me look. They even offered gift wrapping and told me to check out the sale stuff. I will be shopping here a lot more, great variety.

I’m not sure where their customer service standards are? I’ve been here a couple times because it is close to where i work. I’m never greeted or approached when I go there. All the other merchandise in this store makes no sense. It’s just a hodge lodge collection of things bought here and there. I love Vera Bradley, but this place gives Vera a bad name. It’s always disorganized and no one seems to know the difference between this purse and that bag. I guess I am spoiled because I shop the Vera Bradley section at Sage in the Promenade. They are always so organized and they display everything so beautifully.
