What-A-Tan

I called this salon as soon as I moved to Naugatuck. The woman was extremely professional and inviting. I went in and signed up both my husband and I. I tanned the first day. From day one the manager (Susan) has gone above and beyond to ensure that I have a good experience. Salon is Always clean top to bottom. As an experienced tanner, this would be considered one of the best salons I have ever visited. The beds are older, but that doesn’t lower any potential to give you a great tan because the bulbs are kept new. Definitely a hidden gem in the stop and shop plaza. Top lotions, beds that get you tan, a manager who goes above and beyond for her customers, and a clean and inviting environment.

Pathetic place. Under new management and can’t fix problems of the past. I was a tanners club member for 8 years and I cancelled my contract. well I was charged $ 75.xx after I cancelled my contract. I have not been able to reach anyone at what a tan to assist me after I was promised a credit. Hell what a tan didn’t nor could answer to the better business Bureau. stay away from this place the new owners will break contracts and screw you over. waiting for my $$ or a hell a phone call since OCTOBER
