Window Depot

Window depot is a great option for DIYers! We ordered a custom window that cost us around $ 300 and a French door that was about $ 530. So far we only installed the French door and it looks great, although we still have a few questions which I’m sure someone at the store can help us answer. We picked up our order from the store and window depot staff was extremely helpful not only with the selection of the right materials but also with loading and ancillary tools needed for installation.
Looking forward to many more purchases from window depot!

Called the window depot for a quote. They said they would call me back later int he day and didn’t. I called a few days later to see what was going on and they said they didn’t have me on file. And wanted me to give them my order again. No thanks I hung up and am searching for windows somewhere else.

Customer service here absolutely sucks. The guy over the counter, Martin, was on his phone doing his personal stuff through out my whole order. Other than that, the pricing here is really cheap compared to other places. They usually stocked and ready for pickup immediately. Fits my needs and deserves 4 solid stars

Every time we’ve done a remodel or upgrade on one of our properties, we’ve purchased windows from another window dealer.
Unfortunately, that one is now closed.
I looked at the reviews on this company and in spite of all the FAKE 5 star reviews, (yes they’re fake! We’re not stupid!) I made the mistake of giving them a shot anyway.
Stupid me.
Their employees loaded up the windows on our truck.
The windows weren’t properly secured because upon arrival, one of the windows had fallen and broken.
We went back to Window Depot and they had the audacity to tell me that they were not going to take responsibility for their employee’s mistake. So we had to pony up the dough again and replace the window ourselves.
And it wasn’t like they were nice about it. They literally just blew us off.
I will never again return to Window Depot.
Congratulations Window Depot, you finally got a real review.
And you sure as heck earned it.

Window Depot was recommended to me by a good friend who is a contractor with years spent as a glazier.
This is the second time I’ve bought windows from them, one for 7 and one for 8 + 2 doors. The first order went without a hitch. This one there were problems with the doors, one was ordered the wrong size, and the other had a misshapen frame.
The staff responded quickly and politely to the problem, correcting them without complaint as rapidly as possible.
The prices are great, the service is wonderful, I recommend this shop wholeheartedly.

The prices are better than Home Depot & Lowe’s and the SERVICE IS GREAT… I have never had a problem with them. When a window went bad, the Manager came out replaced the window pane.
All of the folks here are just good down to earth folks. I am sorry to hear about Roberts problem. All the information is told to you and you have to sign the slip. Yes the day charge in on it…
