The Mailbox Store

They tore down the post office by my work! it is now a dirt lot, so this is where i go to mail letters (yes people still do that these days on occasion)…ok i am really mailing bills.
service is fine… friendly and quick
i can buy packaging products here (like bubble wrap to wrap wine in to put in my carry on luggage!)
nothing more to say.

I went in to deop off a prepaid UPS ba\ox. All over the store was the UPS logo, by the time I reached he counter after the staff helping 2 people make a copy of a few papers. A copy machine is not rocket science. She ten turned around an itty bitty sign that said we do not accept UPS. She was not pleasant, did not greet patrons with a smile, more like a sour puss. I can understand then not accepting UPS, I am not unreasonable but to have the logo all over and then inform me after 11 minutes in line with a 3X% card that was not facing the customers that they do not accept UPS. They will never get my business again. If you do not have pleasant Customer Servive at some point you are bound to fail. I used to use this type of store continually when we lived in Valencia, CA, it was convnient. But convenience be damned, I will not go to a store where the staff is unpleasant and overwhelmed. It is a mail boxes store, not brain surgery.

This place is run by a Christian family and it’s good to know Integrity runs in their morales :) They are so nice and this one person named Angel is so charming! I’m definitely coming back!
