Sunglass Hut

Bought a pair of Raybans a few months back, went back yesterday around 6 pm to have the nose piece and ear piece adjusted. The woman that was there kept on saying «I don’t understand what you want me to do!» She was annoyed and didn’t seem to want to help. Horrible horrible service. Everyone else from this store was nice except for her.

I purchased my tory burch sunglasses here years ago and they told me they do free adjustment at no cost.
I went here yesterday 07/​27/​2015 around 8ish in the evening. I wanted to purchase another sunglasses the persol one, i already knew which one i wanted but it was not available. The guy who was working that evening did not even offer any help or even said hi and my bf and i were the only one there.
I brought in my old sunglasses and asked him if he could adjust them for me because the sunglasses were not fitting right, i had to manually snug them behind my ear because it was crooked and would not stay behind my ear. The guy looked at my sunglasses and said «thats how they were made when you bought it and if i adjust it then it is going to slip off ur nose». I told the guy, excuse me, i didnt purchase this sunglasses this way, and i showed him how they were crooked when i put them on and how i had to snug them behind my ear because it kept popping off. And i kept telling him, a sunglasses is not suppose to do that, your suppose to be comfortable. So after awhile of arguing he eventually adjusted them. (I can see he really hates his job or he is just tooo damn lazy to do adjust them).
Well after he adjusted them my sunglasses were finally comfortable to wear and they were firting right. He then comment «you probably stepped on it». Well duh, thats why i was asking you to adjust them because it was crooked. I got the same sunglasses adjusted before in fashion valley and i had no issuses getting them adjusted.
The sunglasses i have always loses its shape and gets crooked, i dont know why.

Horrible service! Went in there today and the 2 ladies didn’t even greet me and continued to speak in Spanish (the entire time I was there). I looked at a few cases and neither even bothered to ask if I needed help. After a few minutes it was clear they didn’t want to help me so I left. Hope the manager reads this!

I have been here a few times to get some sunglasses. I went a few days ago to get my frames checked out and they stated I needed to call and get them fixed. I love how they choose to clean my glasses without even asking me.
The store manager and his team are awesome at customer service!
