Pros:
–Was able to get a room last minute
–Charged only $ 75
–Located near the transit station and downtown SD
–Staff friendly
Cons:
–The place felt really dirty and unsanitary
–There was food crumbs on all the chairs in the room
–There were nail clippings on the countertops
–The room smelt like smoke even though it was considered non-​smoking
–The towels were rough
–The bed was uncomfortable felt rock solid
–The walls were paper-​thin (could hear the people next door having sex)

Management was extremely rude regarding my service animal ! I felt discriminated against. Normally business owners are accommodating regarding people with disabilities, but not this motel.
