O’Reilly Auto Parts

This store always has «Reilly» good service. I recently went in for tail light bulbs. The young man who helped me — Aaron — went out on the floor and found the correct bulb, then actually went out to the parking lot and changed the bulbs for me. Yes, I could’ve done it myself, but that’s beside the point. I greatly appreciate the fact that he put forth the effort to perform a task which he was under no obligation to perform. Thank you, Aaron!

They may have gotten 4 stars from other reviewers but today, they are getting one from me.
I went in to get a bulb for my 4Runner. The tall, bald guy, not sure if he’s the manager but he’s shirt don’t even have his name embroidered called me out and asked me what I need.
When I told him that I was just in their store last and the night clerk gave me a military discount, since I am a veteran, well this is what he said: that guy always give freebies all the time. What kind of a remark was that? I really got ticked off by his stupid remark. Joking or not, that’s not a very good thing to say, in my opinion.
This guy was really an asshole and doesnt help the store’s good reputation
This is the last time I am going to this store. There are two more stores that I can take my business to. I hope this guy will get his act together and treat customers a little better!

I mean they could of been more professional when they’re up in the counter. The way they speak.

O Reiley is so much better than Auto Zone! Better policies on returns, they have great deals (actually stuff on sale), and great customer service, The best a automotive store out there!

They brat auto zone by far there priced are cheaper there employees are more helpful and friendlier i wouldnt shop anywhere else

Oreilly auto parts has great things for car and really great prices they even help you find what your looking for
One time I needed to replace a broken windshield wiper and I didn’t know how the employee help me get the right one and even installed it for me the proper way

Was here for 15 minutes. Asked one of the workers a question, she didn’t know any English, all the other workers hid in the back except for one guy at the counter who was just talking his life away. Walked out and did not buy anything.

first rule of auto parts stores, dont expect the counter person to know everything about cars, or about cars in general. some do, some dont. for some its a hobby/​passion/​lifestyle, for some it’s just a job.
anyways, this oreillys is pretty big and they have a lot of parts in stock because its somewhat of a ‘warehouse.‘
it’s a good idea to call ahead and ask if they have your part in stock before making the trip out.

This is my local nieghborhood auto parts store and they have satisfactory served my auto needs through the years.
The employees here are friendly and fairly compentent. They always have what I need in stock and in the few rare cases that they didnt, they were able to get my parts in 24 hrs. or less.
Im happy with the service I have recieved at this location and will continue to do business here in the future. Recommended!
