Have I told you that I love this place? well if i haven’t already… i’m telling you now.
I went to Holly today to get my brows waxed… she does such a fabulous job… today i decided to wax my entire face (i’ve never done that before). she was so gentle and did her best to keep it completely pain free. she fit me in without an appointment (i went in soon after they opened in the morning).
my face is clean and smooth! wow! why haven’t i done this before???
not only is everyone super friendly but i’m paying less than i would if i was getting my brows done in my neighborhood.
just saw a sign that M-​W-​F they do spa mani pedi for $ 25. i may have to check that out. I should have taken a pic but i had to hurry back to work

I have been going to Holly for 10 years for my nails and pedicure SHE IS AMAZING!!! I also have been going to Mimi for facials and waxing, she is also amazing… LOVE THIS PLACE!!! highly recommend it!

Hands down, Holly is the best. Plus, it’s a one stop shop for hair, nails, waxing, etc. Always friendly too. Thank you Holly for your hospitality!

I love this place! I get my nails done here and Holly is the best and super sweet. Heather is great too! I live in up north and I am willing to drive down here because I will not go anywhere else. I also tried the lash extensions and Mimi is amazing. I was going to a wedding and wanted a natural but fuller look. I was very pleased with the outcome, now I’m going back to get these babies filled because I’m obsessed. She also put them on nicely to where I didn’t even feel them or bother me. I’ve heard some cases where it itches but I haven’t had that issue. Can’t wait to have them done again!

Oh my gosh. So I went to Mimi for eyelash extensions. She was FANTASTIC! Super accommodating. She’s my new go to for eyelashes! They came out beautiful-let’s hope they’ll last! She even let me come back a couple weeks later for a fill in.
So I made an appointment online for eyelash extensions, (didn’t get a confirmation, oh well-​but that’s okay!) She couldn’t fit me in for 12 next day, but she rushed over from her doctors appointment to do my eyes for he first time. She’s such a sweet woman! Got done in about an hour and a half-​a Utah job because I had an appointment but she was still really accommodating and very nice. She deserves a raise! She now has a repeat customer.

Have been here twice to have my nails done by Holly. Both times there was little to no wait (1^st time was a walk in, 2^nd made a last minute appointment)…Holly was very accommodating, personable and did great work in a timely manner! Their prices are terrific! Their location is clean and extremely convenient — easily accessible from the 805, 5 and 54 freeways. I look forward to returning as a regular customer.

Mimi is hands down the greatest water I’ve ever had. I mean this girl knows exactly what to do and how to do it, regardless of shape or hair growth. I have never left the salon feeling anything less than incredible after Mimi is finished with my brows. I live in Clairemont, but she’s worth the 20 – 25 minute drive.

Holly is the best with nails, Mimi is the waxing goddess, Leah the facial and eyelash Queen. Make an appointment you will not be disappointed!

I will make sure to never come back in here! I walked in and it took them a while to acknowledge me. When I was asked what I wanted I said a gel manicure and pedicure… The reply was sorry we are busy, do you want to come back later??? Really, how can you be soo busy when only one customer is being helped and all the spa chairs are empty and a tv show is just being watched Customer is lost & I will never come back here! BAD customer service

Holy heck Holly! Yes that is her name and beautiful feet is her game ! Got the pedicure and added the mint mask and paraffin wax. I fell in love with the great service and the way my feet feel… I feel like floating ! Timmys feet were a different story… a challenge to Heather that she took on ! His manly feet are the best I have ever seen ! Love this place !

I just recently moved to Chula vista and have been looking for a nail salon which is not easy. After a bad experience at another salon my friend recommended Holly to me. I am so glad she did. Holly is a lifesaver. She fixed my ruined nails and was very sweet and kind and made sure to give me exactly what i had wanted. I could also tell she knew what she was doing because she was telling me to come back in two weeks because my nails are naturally oily and will start to lift. I’ve always chosen to go back to salons every 2 weeks but no one had ever told me i should because they know they will lift quicker. She knows her stuff and did an amazing job. Thank you Holly for making my nails nice and shiny and pretty again. I have found my permanent nail salon.

This is the 3^rd time I come here for a massage with Megan. She is absolutely fabulous! She has such personalized service and I feel so comfortable with her. She asks what’s going on in your life and really genuinely cares and gears her services to your needs. I highly recommend her!
This is also the first time I get my nails done. Holly did my acrylic 3d nails and they came out so good! I’m very impressed. Then Chang did my pedicure … I got French tip and they came out really cute! I’m very happy and feel like a new woman for my wedding :)

Came in from Phoenix for wedding and they did the nails and hair for some of the wedding party. Turned out great. We didn’t have appts and they fixed our nails and hair last minute, which we appreciated. Affordable prices, convenient location, great people to converse with. They felt like family by the time we left.

Love this place! Well, most definitely because of the people who work here. I had found out about this place because my stylist since 15 moved from another salon to O’Leisure so being the loyal client I am, I never switched stylists. Until this year. Only because my original one moved out of SouthBay.
Anyway! Now Ms. Carmen is my go-​to lady for anything that involves my hair. She is very knowledgeable of her craft so you’ll def know tons when you come to see her. I’m a hula dancer so length of hair is everything & she is very attentive when I say I can’t cut too much off when I get trims.
Ms. Carmen & Ms. Barbara also redid my perm from a horrible cheap perm that I got 2 weeks ago. I cannot be anymore happy with the results! They def know their stuff! & I will def go to Ms. B for any perm needs! Love them both!

I didn’t go here to get my hair or nails done. I went there for a massage!
The lady who gave the massage, Megan, was extremely professional and very friendly. She shows pure passion for her job. I told her exactly what was hurting and she concentrated in that area. She even asked me some questions so that she could know a little bit about what she was dealing with.
You can really tell when someone loves their job. Megan went out of her way to research my predicament and sent me text messages so that I’d have other remedies while I’m deployed. What massage therapist do you know, cares that much?! :)
I would DEFINITELY recommend her to anyone and everyone. I already told my Mom about her. She doesn’t even charge that much! So, if you’re in pain or need some soothing, go see Megan at O’Leisure Hair Design! She’s awesome!

I live in North park and drive out to National city to see Mimi, she does the best waxing!!! thorough and gentle!!! I have to add she is very flexible with her scheduling and really works with you and your convenience! Location is great, right off the 805 and easy to find! It really is a one stop shop, you can get your Hair, Nails, Waxing, and now you can even get a Massage! Its a must check out!!!

Mimi at O’Leisure has been taking care of my waxing needs for yeeears now and she is hands down the best at what she does with unbeatable prices! She is careful, precise, thorough and really flexible with her schedule which I greatly appreciate. She shapes my brows perfectly for my face, doesn’t miss a hair and makes the whole process quick and enjoyable.

Seriously this salon is by far the best salon I have ever been to. Let me start from the beginning. I have a 9 year old daughter who has very curly hair and I wanted to take her into a salon to get it deep moisturized and a cut. The stylist ruined her hair. Maybe was miscommunication or maybe she didn’t know what she was doing and was just afraid to tell me.
I called Carmen. She does my hair and so I asked her if she would be able to see my 9 year old to fix what damage has been done. Let me tell you if you’re looking for a stylist who is very knowledgeable of all hair and is a great teacher then call Carmen. From the start to the finish she had me watching her she never had that «this is my box area don’t step into it I’m working“attitude. she’s very friendly both with kids and adults. And she doesn’t push you to do something that you don’t know if it’s good or not. She gives you options. I felt as if I was her student and we were in college and she was my professor of all things that is beautiful in hair.
She did find the mistakes that the other stylist made and even though there was no way of correcting it at that time she did teach me to style around it until it grows out to do a even cut.
So if you want a good stylist that teaches you how to maintain your hair so that it will become healthy and stay healthy, that styles your hair wonderfully, and has a great attitude then call Carmen!
I do want to share that each stylist has their own number and schedule so call their number to make an appointment. Some may think its wierd but I find it to be more personal and direct.

This review is not for the hair salon but for MIMI, my EYELASH EXTENSION GODDESS! She’s been doing my lash extension for years. Very professional, my lashes are perfect all the time looking so natural. I never fail to teceive compliments for them. I highly recommend her services.
