I had a wonderful experience with this office. The staff is professional, passionate, dedicated, and truly cares about the people they are working with. I found them to be very patient with me. I never felt rushed or that I was asking a stupid question. They exceeded all my expectations and made me felt very welcome. Amazing people. I would highly recommend them!

I went in and was surprised by the amount of people waiting but luckily I was seen fast maybe because I had an appt. My child was given all his immunization I got to meet Dr. Mohammed very nice. Also the dr. Assistant was very nice and patient with my baby. I was expecting to meet Dr. Ahmed maybe next time, nice to know father and son help each other.

My son had this Dr since he was seen in the hospital. He also works with his son Dr Ahmad Bailony. Both great very good with children. They performed s frenulum surgery on my son at 1 month very quick and they were very patient with him. Friendly staff.

I’ve been coming here since my son was born. At first they were great with customer service. My son is almost 2, and each time I called in the last few times, either no one picked up, or it rings and i get hung up on. When I get the chance to speak with someone, to see if anyone has cancelled an appointment so i can bring my son in they automatically say they are booked. When I call in to ask if i could bring my son for a walk in because he is injured, they say they are booked for the day. Correct me if i am wrong but, I could of sworn doctor offices are suppose to have some hours available through out the day for walk ins. They would even tell me over the counter meds to give him. but what if something worse was wrong and you are telling me to give him meds when you haven’t seen him yet? Dr. Bailony has been great, but I haven’t been satisfied for the times i’ve called in. A Pediatrics office cannot be that busy for a walk in. I will be changing my son’s Pediatrician and no longer will be coming to Dr. Bailony’s office.
Other than that, there’s plenty of parking. Office is kind of small, some staff are really nice. The rooms are clean and decorated. But i wouldn’t recommend coming here for your child.
This is my first review on any doctor office, because of the customer service i had received.

I have had Dr. Bailony preform 2 circumcision’s on both of my baby boys. The 1^st one was done 4 years ago, and I just had my 2^nd son done yesterday. I would not trust anyone new to care for my boys very important body part. I live in another city & drove an hour to the hood to have him cater to my babies. He knows what he is doing, and is a professional. I am glad he is still available, but if not his son is a Dr. as well. I met his son at Mary Birch when I had my c-​section he came to check on my newborn. I am sure he is an awesome pediatric Dr. too because he is his fathers prodigy, but I prefer his Daddy. Maybe in the future I will give him a try if I have another boy…
