Where should I start with the staff there so unhelpful, inconsiderate, or the fact that they do not tell you that you cannot get a refund on certain Items even though on the website it says differently oh ya that is because they are not a real pcs metro store! Meaning they can sell the phones but are not in any way able to help with pcs metro issues. So basically they are the middle man for pcs metro. The sim card that you can purchase on line for 10 they will charge 27.25! Also, if you want to log a complaint to the manager Shannon she is never around and they never know when she will be there. All they want is to make a buck and don’t give a crap about the consumer. Stay away from this place because first of all the girls in there are not tech savvy unless they are looking at their personal facebooks.
About PCS metro buyer beware do not go with the company in general because all that glitters is not gold! Meaning they offer such great «deals» but the fact is they offer crappy service, dropped calls, and prey on people from accross the border. I paid for a sim card and when I tried to get my money back less than 2 hours later they refused and were talking to their manager the one who is never in the store according to the staff on site. I could not get my money back. I was bearly able to recieve the money I paid for service of 40 dollars but we will see if they are going to stick to their word.
The company as a whole is terrible, terrible customer service, terrible face to face service and the cellular service is on par being just horrible. But then I would not know since they could not turn on my phone.

Metro PCS as a company was so incredibly unhelpful in resolving my problem. I called customer support, they sent me to a Metro PCS store and said they could help me to find out they can’t help with my problem. I called customer service back and they said they could not help me and that I could write a letter, call the police or hire an attorney. Worst service ever!

Great customer service! everyone here is helpful and nice.
