I was picking up a document that was supposed to be ready 3 days prior. Came to the office. The assistant didn’t know where to get the document. He asked 3 people in the office. He called the person in charge of releasing documents. I was told 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, the person arrived and he didn’t know where my file was. One of the guys inside said, «oh that file.» I approached him and took it from him. After the run around, the waiting, there was no apology offered.
