Harvest Homes

Harvest homes «manages» the property I am in. Frankly they are the worst and most unprofessional group of people I have ever worked with. We pay almost 5,000/month to live in a nice house in a nice area. Upon initial walk through, there was a laundry list of things needed to get the house up to par, meaning safe and rentable. We were told by Gillianne that they will fix these as soon as possible. Little did we know it isn’t possible because the owner of the home doesn’t have any money to repair it (her words) some of these things in the list included a gas leak and major electrical issues… They can’t wait. Fast forward 4 months, we are now still trying to get our home safe and secure, our gates to our yard don’t even close! Unbelievable. We are currently pursuing legal action. Stay away from harvest homes!!!

I worked with Gillianne of Harvest Homes recently when she referred her client for my rental property. Her diligence throughout the process was greatly appreciated and her level of follow up was awesome!
