Very nice customer service as I asked for my corsage & boot for prom. They really give their all into their flower arrangements & I love how their flowers are imported from Columbia I believe! Flowers are so fresh and beautiful. They also called to remind me to pick up my set before I forget. Not to mention the corsage & boutonnière turned out so cute! Would definitely come back here for any other arrangements I need. I’m giving four stars since everything else was perfect but they said they would add some blue bling with the gold ribbon to match my blue & gold dress but didn’t. Still good though!

I called at 11am on a Friday to ask for same-​day delivery to a residence and not only did Sherri and Tim make it happen, they did it within two hours. They did it that quickly even though the address that I gave them was missing «north» or «south» in the street name. They did it while maintaining communication with me via phone and text.
They did it after asking me personal questions about the recipient (of the flowers) to ensure that they sent exactly what she would love. They did it after texting me photos of the arrangement to make sure that I thought it was perfect before they attempted delivery. (It was.)
The flowers were GORGEOUS and perfectly arranged. Full, great colors, and obviously fresh! They totally exceeded my expectations.
Are you kidding me? I’ve purchased a LOT of flower arrangements from a LOT of florists around the country. This was easily the BEST customer service ever. The world needs more Sherri and Tims. They are excellent at what they do and they are clearly genuinely good people. They care.
There is no reason not to support this business.

I needed flowers on short notice for a family friend’s funeral service. Sherri and I communicated exclusively by phone and the experience was flawless. She asked what my budget was (a normal question from a florist), but then surprised me when she asked me to tell her about our friend. She said she liked to create arrangements with the recipient in mind. She also said she would text me a picture of the spray and if I wanted anything changed, she would do it. Within a couple of hours she sent the picture, and it was the most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever seen! It was elegant and the colors were striking while still being dignified (whites, purples and burgundies). I was astounded that Sherri was able to provide such an impressive display at such a reasonable price. (I wish I were able to post the photo here, but my phone is not cooperating). I will be using Flowers Direct from now on!

Loved, loved my experience here. Beautiful bouquets for my renewal ceremony. They still look outstanding with how they have beautifully dried 2 months later. The shop owners are a couple and they are beyond sweet. Went out of their way to make everything right and worked with me on my budget so I could truly have everything I hoped for. Highly recommend if you are looking for quality flowers with a family that truly cares about what they do and the lasting impressions they make.

sherri is the sweetest in the business. she did our wedding flowers, and we told her to just surprise us, and she amazed us! our flowers are always gorgeous, and total perfection. she is the best in town. she’s even flown out to our east coast family and brought flowers w/​her, and she makes sure those babies are safe, and not a petal gets harmed :) every time we’ve gotten flowers for her we’ve always been impressed!

Hands down the best florists in the bizz. Both my sister and brother used Sherri for there weddings and the flowers as always came out perfect, even the San Diego Chargers have come by in the past to buy up large amounts of roses for there wifes and girl friends. South American roses are some of the best is the world and Sherri makes sure her babies are good for sale. Buy once and and get great flowers customer service and a long time friend. LOVE, love, LOOOVVEEE SHERRI. She is a complete DREAM to work with. She made my vision come true even better than I had originally imagined. Personally, I’ve never been a lover of flowers, but Sherri changed my mind completely.
Sherri designed and created all of our centerpieces and bouquets for our wedding. I gave her my desired color palette and let her know I wanted to include succulents in the pieces, and she took care of the rest. Communicating with Sherri is like talking with someone you’ve known for years and love ever so dearly. She felt like family :) It was so easy to express to her any of my concerns and questions. She worked so well with me even with me making changes and updates the week of our wedding!
She treated our pieces like an art and not an assembly line. She made every bouquet special per person based on their title, their dress, and their age. Even our sweet little flower girl had a bouquet customized to fit her smaller hands and her petite size. Sherri also created for me a «throw-​away bouquet» for the bouquet toss which I thought was so amazing because I know I would’ve been sad to let mine go – especially that it had walked down the aisle with me to my now husband — I also was able to keep it with me through the night after the bouquet toss and still keep it in my photos :) A detail like that is really what sums up Sherri completely. She thinks of things that are so thoughtful and those details made my wedding day that much more memorable. Our wedding day and our photos would not have been as gorgeous without her special touch on her creations.
Sherri is a machine. She has numerous weddings and events she does and still has a smile on her face, takes the time to communicate with you, and makes you feel absolutely special. I would recommend anyone that is having a wedding or event that is in need of florals directly to Sherri and to only Sherri. I can not express how thankful we are that we got recommended to Sherri because our day would not have been as amazing :)

Sherri was amazing! She created very beautiful centerpieces for my wedding. Her rates are very fair but her work quickly showed that my wife and I got a really good deal.
Our wedding was held in Long Beach and she was able to bring up all the flowers and center pieces to our venue. She even helped out our coordinator with anything else that needed to be done. I highly recommend her services for any wedding or event!

This place is one of a kind, very friendly and customer service was awesome. Definitely 5 stars if I could give more I would.

Best Flower Place ever! I will only be going here if I ever need flowers again! First time I came here they were the only shop that had orchids and the lady that helped me was very helpful and polite she made me feel confident in what I was buying! So with that great experience I came back today so I could surprise my girlfriend with some flower’s, and I received spectacular service again, the man that helped me, let me pick out my flowers from the back of the store and I was able to create my own bundle of roses for the same special price. Just come here once and you’ll understand what I’m talking about!

My brother recently got married and my gift to the bride was her bouquet. I found Dandelions thru an internet search of florists in the area. I live in Chicago so I was unable to design the bouquet myself but Joyce was very helpful. I told her the colors, which flowers I did not want and my price range. I myself couldn’t pick up the flowers but when I saw the bouquet I was very pleased. It was the perfect size and very simple yet still classy. Conveniently, I ended up catching the bouquet so I was able to take it home! I would definitely use Dandelions again for my floral needs. Perhaps my wedding?
