Brows Shaping Salon

THANK YOU! I was looking for somewhere to get my eyebrows threaded for the FIRST time ! So I wanted somewhere near where I live so plaza Bonita was the one! So I go to plaza and I was going to the little store but I accidentally parked not near it at all but to my luck the little downstairs kiosk near Jcpenny was there so eh I gave it a shot! There were 2 ladies getting their eyebrows done but they were over before I knew it! So I got mine done, I didn’t really knew what to tell the ladie because it was my first time & she just told me to just keep my figure and get it clean so I was like ok sure? & it was over in less than 5 minutes! Fast & very pretty! My eyebrows are Now on point! thank you! Will be coming back!

I don’t know what is going on with this location, but the last few times i have been coming here they have done a mediocre job. Today’s experience just pushed me to write this review. I live in North Park, so this place is not really that close to me to begin with. I started coming here because I had great service at the beginning. I don’t know what change but it is not the same anymore.
I walked in today at around 2:30 pm wanting to get my eyebrows threaded. As soon as I walked in there were 2 ladies at the reception desk to what appeared to be having their lunch. Understandable and before I could even say something, they told me to go to their other location on the 1^st floor by JC Penney.
I was a bit bothered by this but i didn’t mind. I went to the Jc Penney location and for the life of me, I could not locate the kiosk. I gave it a whirl and kept looking for it, but no luck.
I decided to go back, this was already around 3 pm when i had gone back. I told the ladies that I could not find the location.
This time they said «Did you go to JC Penney?» I responded «Yes, I did»
The other girl replied «well it is on the OTHER side of JC penney»
At this point, I turned around and left with frustration. One of the girls tried to tell me something and I just kept walking away.
I will NEVER COME BACK HERE DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE LADIES HAVE PROVIDED.

Since Nilo left I do not come here to get my eyebrows threaded. I have had the other girls do my eyebrows but no one does them like Nilo. She has her own booth in a salon in National City in the Vallarta shopping plaza on Eucild and Plaza Blvd. the salon is called Haircut Design. She actually has a booth in each of the Haircut Design Salons. The other salon is on 43^rd St in National City in the shopping mall where the Northgate Market is. I come all the way from Imperial Beach every 3 weeks to get my eyebrows done and I would follow Nilo anywhere in San Diego. She is the best!!!
