My company recently contracted APS do some work for us in repairing a boat trailer, and we are pleased with the results. It was a pleasure knowing we were doing business with these Navy veterans.
We got a quick response from them. They came right out to the job site and they gave a reasonably-​priced quote for the work. They got the job done within the time they stated, too. Unfortunately, there were some problems with the design of the trailer and the work they did didn’t take that into account. Their welder also made some mistakes, which resulted in a problem when we tried to move the trailer.
The work was still under warranty, so with a quick phone call and a few emails, the APS team was back on the job. They did a complete redesign of the parts that were broken and got the trailer working better than ever.
Despite the fact that they had some initial problems, I’m giving these guys 4 stars because they responded rapidly and went above and beyond to fix things. I’ll definitely be keeping them in mind the next time I need work done.
