Our friendly staff is knowledgeable and always available to help answer any questions you may have. Our repairs are always done in-​house and within the day, usually within a few hours.

We also offer a large selection of phone accessories including protective cases, chargers, batteries, and replacement parts. From service and repairs to accessories and cases, we do it all!

History

Established in 2004.

The company first opened at the Mission Valley mall in San Diego in early 2004 when the majority of our customers had Nokia 5190⁄6190 with custom housing and colored led’s. In 2006, we moved to a larger location on Friar’s Road where we changed our services to include cell phone repair and selling of unlocked Phones and used phones. It wouldn’t have been possible without the support of all corporate and individually owned cell phone companies like AT&T, T-​MOBILE, SPRINT, VERIZON, CRICKET, and BOOST. Since then we have grown to 4 locations in San Diego and are number#1 in repair and unlock. We warranty all our work. Come in and check out what we have to offer.

~$ 150 screen repair only for it to pop entirely out of my phone a few months later and having another phone repair shop tell me that I was given a DEFECTIVE screen. Customer service was good but it’s definitely an over-​priced repair for piss-​poor quality. Never going there again.

Assuming this is for the Plaza Bonita Mall location, this place is great. My Samsung S6 Edge just stopped working. I didnt have insurance so Tmobile referred me to this store. The lady working was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, a godsend. She had to remove the back plate but once she did that, she did some magic and my phone magically started working. I wish I wouldve gotten her name but she was fantastic and super cute. Highly recommend this place!!!

This place is a scam! Came in having charging issues thinking I needed a new battery and was told they thought my charger port was damaged. Had it replaced along with the battery only to be leaving with the same problem and with nothing resolved. I called that same night about the occurring issue and was told to come in the next morning to see what they could do, only to be told in person that there was nothing they could do. The woman who fixed my phone said I had no guarantee and tried comparing the issue to a salvaged car senerio. That they could install the part, but who knows if it would be up and running again. But isn’t that the point though of taking it to a phone repair shop? It’s a phone, not a complicated car. You take it to places like this to have the issue resolved and you figure you are paying money to do so by others who supposedly know what they are doing. The woman also decided to thereafter blame the issue on water damage (which doesn’t make sense seeing as I have only had my phone for two months and take well care of it). Took it else where and they replaced the parts that a-​z wireless installed and now my phone works perfectly fine. Was also told I have zero signs of water damage. Felt Like I was robbed seeing how I had to pay twice for the same service and a-​z wireless was unwilling to fix the problem/​back up their service. Will NEVER be coming here again.

This store is horrible! They sell cheap quality phone cases/​accessories and do not refund. You are better off spending a few extra dollars and getting a nice one. This store also had terrible customer service and basically told me that they could not do anything about the bad case they sold to me. I’ve had it for 5 days and it’s already worn down. Kithzia, the store manager, does absolutely nothing to help myself and other customers out that we’re dealing with the same problem. I wouldnt recommend this store to my worst enemy.

I was having a few issues with the power button on my iPhone 5 and after enduring it (could barely take screen shots, had trouble turning off my phone), I went to A to Z Wireless at the recommendation of a coworker. Kithzia was super friendly and super polite and offered fantastic customer service.
She fixed the power button, but I had a couple issues with it after a few days. I took it back the day after I realized something weird was up and she fixed it with no issues this time. I ended up chatting with her for some time and mentioned my charger was falling apart and she gave me a charger! How sweet of her! I mean, it wasn’t a new one, but still, it worked.
Definitely will be returning to this place if I ever have any phone issues.

Perfect iPhone 5s display repair, great price, good warranty, and in a convenient location.
Conveniently located inside of Plaza Bonita Shopping Mall, I dropped off the iPhone, while my daughter dragged me from store to store in search of the perfect dress. I then picked up the phone as we were leaving Plaza Bonita, everything works perfectly. I paid $ 90 for the repair, which includes a 90-​day warranty (doesn’t cover water or dropping damage). Considering that the cheapest price I could find for the parts (Retina Display) on eBay/​Amazon was $ 60, an additional $ 30 for someone else to perform the replacement seemed extremely reasonable to me.

Had a screen replacement done here ($ 100.00). Installation was done poorly. (Bubbles on screen, home button was inverted and loose). Customer service was poor, along with communication. (After poor installation they tried to justify it by saying I can purchase a full lcd screen replacement/​Additional $ 100.00 which will put me at $ 200.00. (Which wasn’t needed since the digitizer was still working properly). Also why would I want them to continue working on my phone and give them more money since they failed to do their your job properly the first time. Never will return or recommend this place to anyone. Unsatisfied…

Had dead spots on my LG G2 came in and talked to Kit she took my phone apart to check it out and see if it can be fixed. Unfortunately it needed a new screen which I was prepared for. Kit was awesome and gave me good deal on a new screen. Took her 45 minutes to replace it. I had small issue with screen and she took care of it right away. Awesome customer service!!! If you have any issues with cell phone see KIT she will fix it!!! Thanks will use them again :)

Awesome service. Got everything done in 30 minutes and only for $ 100 if u have an iPhone and u don’t want to spend time at Apple go here it is a really good shop to get ur phone fixed at and u can sell ur old phones. I had dropped my phone once before and we went to a different. they took out a part of my phone. The people at A to Z were kind enough to tell us that they took out the part and, they gave us the part for only $ 20 and in total we only spent $ 120 that was $ 30 less then the last place we went to and that was just the screen. Will definitely come back here for sure
