I called WNVH frantically looking for somebody, anybody to examine my elderly cat. At 17 years old, I thought this was the end of the road for her. I was heartbroken. I choked back tears as I spoke to the patient and sympathetic receptionist who was able to fit me in that afternoon. Then reality hit me and my heart sunk because I’ve been down this path before, sick animal, high vet bills, more bills for testing, more bills for results, then the bad news… more bills to euthanize and cremation. My heart told my head to pay the high bills and I would figure the rest out later.
When I arrived, I walked into an extremely clean place. I’ve come to expect with veterinarians and pediatricians the smell of chemicals attempting to mask the foul odor of urine. Not here. They were well staffed and not the type of staff hovering over their cell phones gossiping but busily working. What a welcomed breath of fresh air (literally and figuratively). We waited less than 5 minutes and then we were greeted by a pleasant vet assistant with the sweetest «bedside manner». We proceeded with the routine pre-​screening.
Within 5 minutes the Veterinarian came in to see us. I was nervous that she would judge me for not brining my cat in for annual exams, keeping up with her shots, or not having up-​to-​date records. I explained that I loved my cat dearly but as she aged it just wasn’t a priority and held my breath. She listened intently, examined my cat and suggested a course of action that included a blood panel and a urine test. As she left the room, cat in arm, I found relief in her lack of judgement.
My cat was returned almost immediately and I was told that I would receive a call with the test results the next day. At check out, I was utterly shocked. The type of shock that causes your mouth to drop in disbelief. This was by far the least expensive vet bill I have paid and I have paid a lot of vet bills in my life. I personally believe their office rate is under the market rate for the area.
The next day, a little after 8 am, my cell phone rang. It was the Veterinarian! Overall, the news was good. She carefully explained the test results, extensively went over my options and I hung up the telephone feeling informed. Unlike previous conversations with other Veterinarians, she took as much time as I needed to ensure I completely understood all of my options for care.
I highly recommend WNVH because they are the total package. They have mastered customer service, highly skilled, and knowledgeable staff at reasonable prices. I have equated «Veterinary Hospital» with outlandish pricing and WNVH has proven me wrong.

I am so lucky to have found Dr. Rotolo for my puppy. The staff and Dr. Rotolo are so helpful and caring. I feel at ease when my puppy has to go to the vet. Recently was to be spayed and it went extremely smoothly. I highly recommend taking your pet here.

I bring my 15 month old Doberman here and they take such great care of her. My family has over 6 dogs between us all and they all go to WNV. The front staff is always nice, kind and sweet to the human customer and animal. They really care about your pet and know how much you care about your animal. They facility is clean and well kept. Dr. Katuna takes great pride in his business, and he should because it really is a wonderful clinic.
I highly recommend VPI insuance because the vet bills do add up. The staff helps submit the paperwork which makes the process much easier.

I was lucky to find this facility almost 20 years ago and they have done wonderful jobs with my two late dogs, and my two current dogs. Just the other day Dr Katuna came on Sunday to attend my dog’s complications from spaying surgery. They call me next day after every procedure and vaccinations to ask how the dig is doing.
The staff is excellent. I can go on an on describing all the good they have done in the previous years because I am so lucky that my dogs are in good hands

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They provide excellent care at fair priced. The staff is SO caring and wonderful and they ALWAYS fit me in. They even offer flexible hours and days.

I can’t say enough about this Veterinary Hospital. My dog is currently seen by Dr. Rotolo who is excellent. She’s SO patient with my VERY timid shelter dog. She was able to treat and cure the lingering ear infection that he had from when i adopted him, that alone has substantially improved his quality of life! Up until seeing Dr. Rotolo he would receive a treatment plan and be symptom free for a few weeks and then the infection would return. After seeing Dr. Rotolo and following her instructions, he’s had healthy ears for almost a year! On the occasion that he’s had to be seen by the other doctors in the office, every interaction has been positive. You can tell that every staff member really cares about animals and about delivering great service! Just another example of how great this clinic is, my dog had a check up yesterday and the paperwork has already been submitted to his insurance provider! No need to call back or remind them to submit the paperwork, they are awesome!

My sister has been taking her cats to Wellesley-​Natick Vet for many years, so when I adopted a cat a few years ago, I felt very comfortable bringing my furball here. They are great, it is very clean, informative, and caring, and most importantly they are good with nervous pets. My poor furball HATES it here and puts up a good fight every time but they handle her beautifully. She has had 2 surgeries there and each time they were answered all of my questions and and took good care of her. When there is an emergency they fit us into the schedule quickly and help make good (and affordable) care decisions. Poor kitty doesn’t know it, but she is going again soon for a regular check-​up.

The Vets and Staff at the WNVH have been phenominal to my family and my animals. They always go the extra mile to make sure all of my questions are answered and that I fully understand the diagnosis. My dogs love their vet so much that when i say «we’re going to see the vet today», they jump in my car in anticipation of seeing their favorite people! The Vets have always treated me with respect and the staff has always been there to help us through our tough times. I am proud to be a client and will continue my patronage at the WNVH. As far as my family is concerned, we will never go anywhere else. Thank you WNVH for doing what you love.

My puppy who is 11 months old now is one of DR Katuna’s patients. She has been seen there since her first vet visit. They have always made follow up calls to see how she was doing after vaccinations and after she was spayed at 6 months. She is always happy to go there. The place has always been very clean and we have never had to wait once arriving for a scheduled appointment. The staff is very welcoming and available to answer my multitude of questions. In fact when she was spayed I asked to see the area where they would do the surgery and without hesitation I was shown. I also was offered and did watch a video on the procedure and had all my questions answered. They called me as soon as she was finished to let me know ll was OK. The incision looked great. She was given pain meds for a few days and was back to her normal self after a few days of needing extra sleep.
I have 2 friends who recommended this vet after several years of visits both routine and for significant health issues. We all feel there is no bestter place in the area to go for our dog’s care.

Last week I had to call the hospital yet again because they mailed me some stuff yet again. I mentioned that my sister had called and believe it or not they had a record of her calling but had not noted anything about the call!
