Studio Nails At the Tanning Loft

I have shopped around for a while, and have yet to find a place I can rave about in this area. It tends to be noisy — definitely not a spa environment, but they do a nice job on my feet and it lasts a long time. Cash only. No credit cards… after trying a few other places, I do keep coming back.

I’ve been going to Tina for a long time. Mai right now takes very good care of me. Always sweet and kind and very professional. Salon is very clean also! Mai and all the girls are very knowledgable in their trade and go above and beyond the ususal care !! I love this place

I have been going to Mai for years. She is awesome. Takes her time, and gives a great shoulder massage with a manicure. Pedicures and eye brows waxing are also excellent. All the girls there are great. I’ve been to Tina (the owner), Suzanne and Patricia (when Mai was not available). Great salon!

Excellent Manicures and Pedicures, No frills, fast. consistent .See Mai or Cynthia. The owner is also great (I forget her name). They offer tanning and other services that I don’t use, but not for any reason. Mai does great brow waxing-​people actually stop and ask me where I get my brows waxed. She also does other waxing well. I don’t think they are known for facials or messages but if Mai does it it will be good. The owners husband answers the phone, he is VERY annoying and hard to understand, but work through it, it’s worth it. Walk in’s welcome but my 2 girls won’t be available, they are always busy. Lots of Natick Mom’s go there, there are a ton of regulars. The message during a manicure is always great, no short cuts ever (unless you are in a rush and ask to skip it) they work up to your neck and shoulder, who does that any more? No credit cards check or cash only.

i’ve been here a couple times and had a brow/​facial wax and french mani pedi done.
i walked in without appointment for the mani pedi but only had to wait a short while. unfortunately, the woman who took me had an appointment come in only a few minutes after she started and sped through the manicure. she told her client that it’d only be «two minutes» when my nails were still soaking and was halfway out of the chair as she painted my nails! it made me feel very uncomfortable… i would have much rather waited a bit longer for someone who had more time.
the manicure was still nice, as were the pedicure and wax. the salon was clean and the women are very sweet. i have to agree with nicole m. that they treat their regular customers very well. but i disagree that $ 45 for a basic mani pedi is a good and low price (for them)…
i had a hard time choosing between two and three stars, but i settled for two stars because i’ve experienced much better service and atmosphere for the price.
