Worse place i ever wanted my first and new wheelchair from. I got fitted for wheelchair told the person what model wheelchair i wanted. I got a whole different model then what i have requested. Its the worse piece of shit i ever got and doesn’t fit in an suv like the pereon said it would. He thinks in 5 years when i am due for another one i will go to them for a new wheelchair hell no. I might end up selling my wheelchair since i found out i could have rejected the order and i didn’t know that. I have the wheelchair for distance so i could be okay without the wheelchair if i sell it since i wont use something i never asked for in the first place he only gave me what he wanted me to have. I talked to my insurance company they would have coved the model and chair i really wanted to have and asked for.

Great customer service and management. Insurance tends to slow things down but the staff in Natick will fight to get you what you need!

This company should be ashamed of themselves. NEVER buy a wheelchair from them. My husband is in a wheelchair from a spinal cord injury. He ordered a new chair from this company in November 2015. He needed some parts for the wheels, despite numerous emails and phone calls, the rep never got back to him and never ordered the parts. Well today while crossing the street to North Station in Boston the wheel came off the new Ti chair and my husband fell in the street. If it were not for a kind passerby, he would have had to drag himself to the sidewalk. The part was ordered today from another company. Unbelievable.

Terrible customer service. I had a fitting for a new chair in August. In mid-​September they hadn’t even submitted a request to my insurance company. Insurance approved it end of September, TiLite made and shipped the chair two weeks ago, and National Seating and Mobility still hasn’t called me to set up delivery. No one in their office has a clue why or where the chair is, they just keep passing me to other clueless people.

WORST COMPANY EVER! They misrepresent their products. It took TWO YEARS to get my wheelchair ordered bc the salesmen is that lazy and incompetent. They don’t have enough technicians to have them available more than two days a week. They drop the ball constantly. My wheelchair broke after two months of getting it. It took them TWO AND A HALF MONTHS to fix it. The ENTIRE SUMMER. They gave me a loaner chair for someone three times my size after 6 weeks! And by the time I got my chair back the loaner needed repairs bc it was so crappy to begin with. And when I got my chair back not all the repairs were made. So now they have to send a guy back out. When? In a week. These people should have to go without legs for a week. Terrible unethical company.
