Good place to get your clothing dry cleaned if you regularly pass through Natick Center. It is small operation owned by a friendly couple. Prices for dry cleaning of garments are in-​line with the area. I really have nothing bad to report, I had no problems at all.

I dropped my dress off on a Tuesday and they said it would be ready Friday. I went to pick it up Friday and they said oh, we couldn’t clean it. They were apparently afraid they would somehow ruin the fabric, is it not a dry cleaning business? What else do they do? Thanks a lot for calling and letting me know, I have to go to a wedding tomorrow! I’m so pissed off. Why would they take my phone number, and not call me if they couldn’t clean my shit?! UNIMPRESSED. I work locally and will make sure to let people know not to use them.

Nothing fancy here. Just a hardworking married couple who get the job done on time every time. I have been bringing my suits and shirts here for the past 3 years and have never had a problem. Whenever I have needed minor repairs and alterations they have been fair in pricing for these services.
Parking can sometimes be a challenge.

I just started using this dry cleaner several weeks ago and was very disappointed to RECEIVE a stain on my dress pants after picking it up. The owners of the store were very defensive and stated that it was not them who created the stain (which could not be removed).
These were $ 100 suit bottoms that are difficult to replace, and they were not the least bit empathetic or concerned. I tried hard to negotiate with them, pleading them to help remove the stain that they created. All they would do is say «we did not do it.» Very disappointing.
I would not bring my clothes to this family business again.
