Kohler Signature Store By Supply New England

We had an amazing experience working with Hannah as we looked to buy all of the bathroom components of our new basement bathroom addition. Hannah was knowledgeable, willing to search for the answers that we had if she wasn’t 100% positive, she shared her opinion based off our needs, and was patience as we took our time to make a final decision. We purchased a shower, toilet, and shower door. Will return for additional items. To our surprise the prices were CHEAPER than other local stores, including Home Depot and Lowes. Glad we took the risk to stop in and price things out!

I had a great experience at this store and experienced a very high level of customer service. My condo flooded in February due to a burst sprinkler pipe in the building. As a result, I unexpectedly need to completely renovate my condo. While it is exciting to have the chance to completely re-​imagine my space, I found the process very overwhelming as well. There are so many choices and decisions, as well as opportunities to upgrade that I didn’t want to miss. When I first came into the store, I was definitely stressed about how much I needed to order.
I worked with Hannah. She made the process very easy. She provided great advice along the way, kept track of my many (and often changing) decisions, and was a great sounding board to bounce design ideas off of. She also worked very well with my contractor to make sure I have exactly what I need to move my renovation forward. She was also extremely responsive whenever I had questions or needed suggestions. Great experience. Definitely recommend!

Great find! Store is beautiful and product very well displayed.
The sales team was quite busy on the day my husband and I went but they still managed to squeeze us in with the handy sign in sheet.
Our plumber didn’t know the store was there but was quite pleased to now know, as he is a Kohler fan and a certified Kohler plumber.
We are going back soon to place our order for the Tax Free weekend!

Chic showroom and chatty salespeople with incredibly horrible customer service. Trying to get either a call back or email response from our salesperson about our order was painful — and still is! When the product was delivered, the truck driver immediately said that they do not take the freight to the house, just off the back of the truck. The sales person failed to inform us of that. When you have the company truck driver complaining to the customer that the company is clueless, that is a huge red flag. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and don’t be fooled by the initial song and dance. Its all smoke and mirrors.

Being from the Midwest and using Kohler products through the years, the Kohler Signature Store was where my husband & I headed when we decided to renovate a bath and create a new one. (Our plumber also recommended that we use only Kohler or Toto toilets.)
We had exceptional assistance from a few different salespeople, as we visited multiple times, with Bobby Watts helping us with most of our purchases. The quality of the fixtures (faucets, etc.), as well as the toilets & sinks (pedestal & undermount) is wonderful, and all are working very well. We have been completely satisfied and found the exchanges needed during our renovations to go very smoothly. Thank you!

Very disappointed! We went to Kohler to buy a custom glass shower door because we thought customer service would be at a high level. However — the delivery was messed up twice, we received incorrect and conflicting information, and the people we worked with at the store were less than helpful. In the future, we will go back to Home Depot where our custom orders have always been successfully fulfilled. Very dissatisfied.

I stumbled upon this place one Sunday in July when other showrooms were closed (Kohler is open on Sundays). They have an amazing showroom. I was in the planning stage of gutting my bathroom. Bobby Watts showed me everything from toilets, tubs and faucets, to shower doors, vanities, and some of the most amazing medicine cabinets I’d ever seen. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient as I asked a million questions (even though it was clear I wasn’t buying anything that day). It inspired me and the planning and shopping and comparing began. In the end, I only bought the glass shower doors and medicine cabinet from him/​them, but I HIGHLY recommend Bobby and the store. While they don’t carry much other than Kohler, they have a large selection and the customer service is superior. (Julian in the Allston warehouse was excellent as well). Follow-​up customer service when I had a return and a minor issue (my issue, not theirs) was again, superior.
So if you’re planning a bathroom (or kitchen) renovation (high-​end or not), I HIGHLY recommend Bobby Watts and the Kohler Signature Store by Supply New England.
