Please avoid this Tax Consultant. You will save your time and a headache. She is very unprofessional and rude. Also, she does not take responsibility for the mistakes that she makes. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. When I discovered that she made a mistake twice in my tax return and I asked her for the refund of the fee that I paid because I had to redo my tax return myself, she said: «Do not call me ever again. I am not going to give you your money back.» What a great customer service!!! Please do not use that person’s services.
