Dunkin’ Donuts

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have come here a couple of times and usually have to ask them to remake my coffee. Today was just terrible. I ordered a coffee, a sandwich and hash browns. I had to ask him to re make my coffee and then upon receiving the sandwich it was not was I asked for at all. I did not want to seem rude and ask for them to re make my sandwich as well so I left and threw it out in the trash can outside.

Clean, comfortable and open ’till midnight, and they keep about 20 flavors on the shelf including filled ones like Jelly, Lemon, Choc. Frosting, Boston Crème. They have plenty of coffee from 6 AM. The people always listen to you. I depend on this store when I’m near Wayland, Wellesley, and Natick. Better than the Rte 30 Framingham store. Bigger and cleaner. I always come back so I have to give 5 stars.

It shouldn’t be hard for me to get an iced tea when I order one (not an iced coffee) but the last 2 times I ordered my normal Raspberry Iced Tea unsweetened from this DD location I’ve gotten coffee, not tea. (I don’t drink coffee and don’t like the taste of it.)
The 1^st time it happened, I didn’t notice until I got back to my office, so I ended up tossing the drink.
Today, I sampled before I went to the office, and had them remake the drink. It still tastes like coffee, so I have a feeling that someone used a container that’s supposed to be iced tea only to make coffee, and the coffee taste is lingering. Which means they probably don’t wash the containers as much as they should. EWW.
I’ll be walking to Panera Bread not DD to get my iced tea from now on.

We are NOT suppose to eat sugary food from Dunkin Donuts. Anyway, this DD shop has no good services; they are not cordial to customers. Sometimes, their coffee is so diluted and it’s hard to know whether I was drinking coffee or hot water. We need to drive DD shop out from the Natick. Sugar is bad to our health.

Why are you looking at me funny for busting out a running man in here? Strangest setup of a D/D’s…there’s a dance floor in the middle of the store! Okay… maybe not officially… MAYBE it’s just a big, open, unused space. Still, though… they’d totally get an extra star if they put a disco ball up in there.
