Do not consign here! I went in with 6 pair of designer jeans and when I went to pick them up because none of them sold they could only find 3 of the 6 pairs! So they either lost them or mismarked them and sold them under someone else’s account. Either way they are very unorganized and don’t seem to care that they’ve «misplaced» your merchandise. Be aware that you sign a contract with them saying that they aren’t responsible for lost merchandise, how convenient, so you’re better off selling on ebay or craigslist.

I found this place by accident. and boy am I happy! I thought they had a good selection, with fair pricing. At first, I saw just the starting price with size, etc on the tag. in some cases, it was high. But then I noticed the updated discount pricing on the back. i.e. the longer it is there, the cheaper it gets. Well, I got a nice CK cocktail dress for $ 25! To give you an ideas, it retails for about $ 120. Marshalls would want $ 60 – 70; DC had it for $ 40, then discounted. I found a lot of great deals like that. PROS: nice variety, clean store, friendly staff, [mostly] reasonable prices. CONS: a few of the nicer items are a bit pricey. EX’s designer bags and fur coats. You’d be surprised what you can get on sale at Macy’s or Lord & Taylor’s for less. But hey– if it works for them, so be it. I will definitely be going back. Happy I found the place!

Who needs retail stores when you can go to DC Consignments? Why pay top dollar for the same thing you can get here for half the price? For those that love a bargain this is THE consignment store to shop. A scavenger hunt in a boutique setting that makes you want to shop. Great job!!!

This Consignment shop is huge! Not like those other cramped resale stores downtown. They have very fair prices and an amazing selection of high end shoes and handbags. Great deals on designer clothing! My best find– a little black gucci dress! Will def be back to check out their new stuff next week!

I loved this store! It clean, organized, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are good for consignment, but great if you buy an item that’s been marked down to it’s lowest price (i.e. after two months of being in the store). The ‘couture’ area was decent, and the store even had a 2 for $ 10 deal for some clothes on a rack outside. Plenty of beautiful handbags and shoes. I bought a brand new designer bag in perfect condition for an amazing price. Of course I’ll be back!

Wonderful store in an excellent location on Route 9 East just east of Oak Street. It’s very conveniently next to the children’s resale shop. They have lots of high end fashion at pretty good resale prices. I lucked out and bought a beautiful black dress for $ 20. Also a very large collection of barely worn designer shoes.
