Worst customer service in the world, the specialist just neglect a couple of customers and keep a bunch of people waiting. Average waiting time is 1 hr. Can’t imagine how can some customers bear using AT&T? Why not switch to Verizon they are much better.

I was the only customer in the store yesterday and there were 4 employees just sitting around. After 15 minutes I finally had to ask for help. The man that«helped» couldn’t answer any of my questions. I had already done my research, so I decided to just go ahead and buy the phone. The young man was unable to transfer my contacts. After about 30 minutes, one of the other employees finally bothered to help him. They never even showed me how to use the phone. If I wasn’t so desperate to get a phone, I would have walked out and gone to Best Buy where I have bought my phones in the past. AT and T was horrible! They have absolutely no idea what customer service is!!!

I just bought an iPhone and iPad from this location and experienced wonderful customer service from Charlie. He answered all of my questions and helped me get exactly what I needed.

I had a horrible customer service experience at this store. I have been considering switching to an Android phone. I did my research online and tried out a few phones in the store. Once I decided on the one I wanted, I approached a sales rep. The sales rep could not explain the change in pricing plans to me(the new Next installment plan) and told me the phone I had selected had«cheap parts» and I should go with the next model up if I have kids. I do not have children. I am 23, and I look like I’m 23. I am 5’6″ and 125 lbs. I am usually mistaken for a college kid. To me, this was on par with telling a large woman«Congratulations on the baby!». Instead of asking me how I intended to use the phone(e.g. work, games, children playing with it) and working from there to help determine which phone best fit my day-to-day use, he made an assumption and I was very offended by it. He tried to sell me the more expensive phone before determining my needs. And he also could not elaborate on the differences between the«cheap parts» on one phone and the better parts on the more expensive model. The sales rep was not knowledgeable about the products or services. He was not helpful in determining the phone that fit my needs because he did not ask about my needs. He was pushy and he offended me. I left the store and did not buy a phone.

It’s not often that I’m blown away by customer service when it comes to cell phones, but today I was. I’ve been having issues with my iPhone, and they could not have come at a worse time. I was having a hard time hiding my frustration and stress, and was mentally prepared to feel even worse after dealing with pushy salespeople. But then… along came Keyla. She was amazing. She took care of my issues quickly and efficiently, and was so sweet and personable. I was having such a wretched day before I went in, and she gave me a perfect customer service experience; I actually left smiling. Seriously, how often does that happen? I had been thinking of leaving AT&T for Verizon when my contract was up, but this interaction with such a fantastic, attentive employee changed my mind… I’ll stick with them.
