«Professional» is an overstatement here. If you contact them, say, to request an estimate, Doctor Soot ‘n’ Cinder will call you back a few days later. They will get all your information and say they will be by your house in a couple of days. A week later you’ll have to call them asking why they never came. They won’t ever call you back. I am now concerned these people have my address and info. God knows who is behind this business. Yikes.
