Jimmy John’s can never get my order right and this location is the worst. Who knew it could be so hard to screw up a sandwich? I have had to call multiple times to have the same sandwich delivered — literally, it once took three deliveries and over an hour to get my order correct, and then they didn’t even offer to comp it! Their restaurant staff is rude, and their delivery drivers are even ruder. The convenience factor used to be enough for me to get over it, but I’m officially done doing business with them.

What he’ll just just happened, I just ordered a sandwich and the stoned guy at the register did not say one word. He simply pointed at the wheat bread when I asked if they had a wheat option. He the aimlessly moped around while the other two dudes busted ass cleaning and making me my sandwiches. This dude has to go.

Wont happen again. Piss poor attitude to numerous customers in front of me, the bread sucks, I asked for no shred or lettuce they still put an abundance on there, very little meat, way too much lettuce. Antollinis on Hwy 3, 5 minutes away is way better and CHEAPER

They did not have any chicken at all on any sandwiches. That was a bummer, so I ordered a number 15 which is a tuna sandwich. They were out of wheat bread which was kind of disappointing. When I eat the sandwich I can’t think of anything other than the regular white bread sandwiches they sell in the cold section at H-E-B or Kroger’s for $ 2.50. This is my first time to ever go here and probably my last. I would take subway or just stop by the grocery store and pay less for a better sandwich.

We had a group order of LOTS of sandwiches. 1 hour before pickup we find out they had lost the order. We are no scrambling to get Subways. My credit card has already been charged and it is not very easy to contact JJs to get this resolved. Hard to rate their service when they lose the order.

Every time I go in this place they have my order memorized. #6 no cheese, no mayo, extra guac, extra tomato, add onions, add mustard. It is vegetarian and it is delicious! I also grab a bag of chips and a drink. They are always fast and they always get my order right. I also like that you can order online. I just wish they delivered to my apartment.

I love Jimmy John’s! This place is great for a quick lunch. Every sandwich that I’ve tried has been awesome. The french bread is so good! However, when I want to cut back a little on carbs, then I’ll place my order as an «Unwich»(Lettuce Wrap). Even though the bread is my favorite part, an Unwich is still excellent. This last time I went, I ordered a #11 Country Club on French Bread, and added hot peppers and onions. By the time I had placed my order and finished paying, the sandwich was ready in less than a minute. Since the sandwiches are made so quickly, sometimes the lettuce gets a little messy, but it’s not a big deal. Other times that I’ve gone here and ordered an Unwich, I was surprised by how good it tasted. Like I said, the french bread is delicious, but the lettuce wrap is great, too! I have never placed an order for delivery, but several of my co-workers have, and they have always been pleased with the service. And yes, they are fast. I have always had a good experience here, and I will definitely be coming back again soon!

I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich and a drink, approx. $ 7 and it was basically a white bread sandwich, thin slice of turkey and the mayo I had to put on myself. I’m not impressed. I could have made a more expressive sandwich at home.

I eat here all the time, they’re one of the only shops where I can get a good vegetarian sandwich! Delivery can take a while during lunch hour however, but great nonetheless!

My work group put in a group order where many had asked for chips and cookies. When you won’t deliver in a 3 mile radius and expect us to pick up, you better give us everything we order. No cookies, no chips. When I called to complain, they proceeded to say that we are suppose to get that. Well hell, if I have to be specific online what type of chips I want along with cookie, you better grab that and put it in the back too!!!

Sandwiches are comparable to, though not better, than Subway. Wait time is typically very fast. However, I had a disappointing customer service experience with them on my last visit that has put me off returning again. I was enough of a regular customer that I finally filled in all of the punch holes on their frequent diner card. I came in to redeem the free small sandwich that it entitled me to, and was suddenly told they don’t honor them anymore! I can understand not continuing a punch card program anymore moving forward, but why wouldn’t they honor a card that a regular customer has gone to the trouble to complete up to now? That means that I sometimes chose JJs over other sandwich places just for that purpose. To so cavalierly dismiss my customer loyalty is disappointing and off-putting.

Great sandwich. Meat, vegetables and bread always fresh and super fast. Great chips. A little too much meat on the club sandwich. Otherwise, wonderful place.

My work offered a «lunch and learn» and this is where we decided to get lunch for the office; I was super excited as I had heard rave reviews about Jimmy John’s but hadn’t ever tried it. Just for the record, this is just for a pick up group order. We ordered online, and although our office is literally 3 miles away… yes literally, I Google mapped it… they wouldn’t deliver to us. Which was a pain, but okay, we’ll pick it up. Irritating, but fine, everyone says they have great sandwiches, so it will be worth it, right? Um. That’s a negative, Ghost Rider. We got there yesterday and told them we had a pickup order, and they handed us a box with sandwiches. No chips, no cookies, no pickles, no drinks. When we asked about them we were told the chips and cookies were«at the counter». So all you guys will do is give us the sandwiches and we have to figure out what else we need? We finally got one young kid to help us out and get us the sides. We had to ask them for a cup holder for the drinks, and the mustard and mayo packs that were ordered, and then we asked for the manager to let him know that we had a another order the following day. He didn’t really seemed like he cared much. he apologized but it was more like he felt like he should than he really was sorry that it was a wait and a pain in the butt to get our order. My bread was burned(I got a turkey slim on wheat bread), so that was disappointing. They were definitely skimpy on the meat; I know it was a slim but still… turkey isn’t that calorie laden! The pickle was good and the Thinny Chips were decent. I didn’t get a cookie(that just seemed counter productive… like a Diet Coke and a cupcake. Although, okay, okay, I’ve totally done that! Don’t tell me you haven’t!) But really, I wasn’t impressed. I know it was free, as work paid for it, so that’s pretty much why it didn’t completely suck. Today was a different story, as they had everything ready but it really was too little, too late. The only reason they didn’t get one star was because it was free, and the second day wasn’t as horrible as the first. I doubt that I will ever be back, unless it’s free. And even then, even as a cheapskate, I may actually go and pay for lunch than eat here. They advertise freaky fast, but really it was just freaky bad.

Freaky fast doesn’t always equate to freaking awesome. Ordered two sandwiches for delivery with a pickle and a bag of chips, only one sandwich arrived on the first trip, and the delivery guy had to go back to the store to get another sandwich. On the second sandwich we ordered mega-avocado($ 2 extra) and there was a microscopic amount of something which we presume contained avocado. I ordered my sandwich with mustard instead of mayo, guess what I found on my sandwich? You guessed it. I would have gladly waited another 5 – 10 minutes to get our order correct the first time, instead of having to wait another 15 minutes to still get my order wrong. Staff and management are sloppy about getting delivery orders correct, and this is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this JJ’s. I guess I won’t be ordering from here anymore since they increased the price of sandwiches by $ 1 each. Boooooo. Thumbs down.

I know jimmy johns advertise on being lightning fast, which they were but I think I’d rather have a slower service and actual meat in my sub. Twice this has happened to me. Will never go back to any jimmy johns

I got free karaōke while my sub was being made, so I ate there and listened to her sing. It was awesome(the sandwich and the singing) Minus one star for having to search for everything

Being from Champaign, IL(the home of Jimmy John himself and the start of the chain) while in college, I got to know Jimmy John’s well… really well. For all you Houstonites that haven’t been to Jimmy John’s, check it out. Long Story Short: As fast as you can put in your order, it will already be done! They truly are freaky fast. I dont know how subs that look so easy to make end up tasting so good. but it always hits the spot. Shop Notes: Almost every Jimmy John’s that I have been to is always clean and has friendly employees(I think it’s a requirement to work there ha). This specific shop is no different… freaky fast and nice employees. Sentence Summary: Next time you are craving Subway, go ahead and turn the car around and head down Nasa Rd 1 and give Jimmy John’s a try… it will only take a few seconds(literally).

Wow! This place is lightening fast in getting your food out, even when crowded with engineers from NASA across the street! I always get the #12 Beach Club, and I make sure to ask them to scrape the inside of the bread out so as to make me feel like I’m being good. Their bread is always tasty, never stale so that’s a plus! The meat is not too salty like most sub places and not slimy like it tends to be at Subway. #12 Beach Club comes with turkey, provolone, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and mayo … but I opt for mustard instead of mayo. Never tried anything else but I’m sure they are all great sandwiches!

This place is loud at lunch. Really really loud. As in — I can’t enjoy my sandwich because it’s so ##!@%! loud. And I almost didn’t come here a second time. But. I gave them four stars anyway, and I’ve checked in here 14 times. I must eat lo-carb, and it turns out they have the best lettuce wraps(unwiches) around. The Hunter’s Club, unwich, extra mayo, add hot peppers. $ 6.14. This is my go-to place now when I want to get a quick lunch and take it back to the office. Also, they’re in a strip-mall with outdoor seating which is reasonably quiet and pleasant in warm weather. Service is fast, cheerful.
