Rickey is great! As a runner and triathlete, I was lacking in strength training. I’ve been working out with Rickey twice a week for a few months now and can see that my body is getting smaller and more toned. I also notice a difference in how much weight I can lift now versus when I started. I have recurring knee issues, and Rickey is great in helping me work around my injury. He also watches my knees in squats and lunges to make sure I don’t hyper-extend. He’s a pro!

Best fitness & nutrition coach in Nashville — hands down! I began working out with Rickey in May 2013 to get ready for my fall wedding and looked/felt great on the wedding day and on the beach during our honeymoon.
