My main experiences here have been with chaplains and staff but from what I have seen this is an excellent facility. I know the VA is having issues in the news however each facility is unique. This one is clean modern and staffed with caring hard working staff. Also, I have been very impressed with the care of veterans I work with at a nonprofit org so far. Additionally I believe the Vanderbilt residents from next door are a helpful partnership for this VA.

Wow, this is one big VA hospital! Very modern, very clean, and every staff member will be glad to help you out and find your way! They seem to have a ton of volunteers as well. Im thoroughly impressed!
