Dr. Songstad and his staff were so professional and probably the sweetest dentistry staff I have ever come across. I felt like they genuinely cared about my needs being met from the first phone call up through me walking out the door from my last visit. They’re pleasant to interact with and I will never feel anything other than happy when I make appointments or visit, because I know I’ll be taken care of.

Dr. Brent’s practice is wonderful. His team is composed of courteous, welcoming and knowledgeable professionals. The office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Brent immediately put me at ease and took care of my concerns. I have experienced dentists that push unnecessary services and I definitely didn’t get that feeling with Dr. Songstad. He is reliable and trustworthy.

Love everything about this dentist office… and I’m the girl that always hated the dentist previously. Had a friend refer me a few years ago and now I would never go elsewhere!

Dr. Brent and his staff are amazing. I have had excellent service and have always felt like my needs we’re addressed and taken care of. The staff at this office are always a joy and make you feel right at home. On top of all of this they have a starbucks machine in the waiting room. :)
If you are looking for a top notch dentist office then look no further because Dr. Brent is very talented and his staff is amazing.

I could not believe the service at Dr. Songstad’s office. It was FANTASTIC! Everyone was incredibly courteous. Their equipment is state of the art. Also, Dr. Songstad did a great job of helping me understand all the treatment I needed, why I needed it and what kind of time frame I was working with. It was a great experience. I even got a thank you letter for visiting!

Very poor customer experience. I got an elective procedure at their recommendation. They quoted me a price and after the procedure it turned out my insurance didn’t cover it even though they told me it would be covered. So my bill was twice what I anticipated. I ultimately paid it after a lot of back and forth although I never would’ve gotten the procedure at that price. Misunderstandings happen but their total lack of up front communication and understanding after the fact leaves me soured as this has the feel of an used car salesman ripping me off, not a misunderstanding. There are ways I could’ve advocated for myself better and done my homework on the insurance situation better but when I go to a doctor, or anywhere, I want to trust them to have my best interest at heart. Just being more explicit about encouraging me to double check directly with my insurance company rather than leading me to believe the price they were quoting me was essentially a done deal would’ve gone a long way. I won’t be returning.

Ellen makes my teeth clean and shiny and does it with a smile. Genuine concern for my oral health and fun upbeat attitude keeps me healthy! Dr. Songstad is always fun and painless. Since Ellen keeps me so healthy I don’t spend much time with the good doctor. This is the place for dental health you will love to go to!

I cannot recommend Dr. Songstad enough. Please save yourself the time, money, and torture and go here before trying other dentists.
The front office staff is incredibly kind and welcoming to their nervous patients awaiting the dreaded dentist visit. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes after my scheduled appointment. The hygienist rocks. Very kind and does a phenomenal job. Dr. Songstad was great. He found one tooth that needed a very minor fix. To compare, the dentist that I went to right before this (Embassy Dental) told me that I had 3 cavities. I didn’t get them fixed at Embassy because they were terrible and it was the worse experience of my life and instead found Songstad for a second opinion. I am really glad I did. Best. Dentist. Ever.
They also worked well with my insurance so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. And when I chose to go off my insurance, the bills were completely manageable (and cheaper than paying for insurance in my case).
I have only had experience with Brent, but I am very confident that his brother on the other side of the office is just as great.
Unfortunately, I moved away from the area and am now in the search for a new dentist, I hope I can find an office and dentist as awesome as this one. I have seriously considered flying back to Nashville just so I can visit Dr. Songstad again… but it turns out insurance doesn’t cover travel costs.

Dr. Songstad and his staff are great. The Doctors Songstad are actually brothers and this building contains both their practices, so each side is a mirror image of the other. Kinda trippy.
Dr. Brent looks after his patients. I thought for sure I was going to need a veneer after I damaged one of my front teeth so I scheduled that rather expensive procedure. Once I got there, Dr. Brent took a look at it and told me that it really wasn’t necessary and performance a much less invasive procedure and I was good as new. He could’ve done the expensive veneer work, but as always he did what was right instead of what was most profitable. Kudos to Dr. B and his team.
