Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I ordered from this Papa John’s location, something went awry. Details below. Experience 1: –The employees were talking about their personal lives and complaining about having to be at work. Not the most professional thing to do when you have a lobby full of customers who can hear you easily… –One employee mentioned they are short 8 delivery drivers because of the exceptionally high turnover. Yikes. –Pizza was more than 30 mins late, missing two toppings. Experience 2: –Pizza was more than 30 mins late. This time, however, I received an extra pizza because the worker was ignorant and didn’t notice. I feel badly for the customer who did not get their pizza… –The two pizzas that actually were mine had the wrong toppings. Experience 3: –I picked up a pizza from the store when I was in a hurry and did not check the pizza(my bad). When I got home and opened the box, it was wrong. I called the store and they said they’d deliver another pizza. Over an hour later, ANOTHERWRONGPIZZA was delivered. This location and entire company has forever lost my business due to consistent negligence and incompetence. Not once have they offered any compensation for all of my incorrect orders, and they continued to decrease in accuracy and service each time I attempted to order a pizza. I highly recommend avoiding this place. As a note to management, I urge you to either hire new employees or provide better training in order to retain any customers you still somehow have.

Don’t do it… Just don’t do it. I’m a Papa John’s fan but this was beyond frustrating. After I was quoted 30 – 40 minutes it took an hour and 20 minutes. Then it wasn’t even that good. I even called after 50 minutes and they told me 5 more minutes at most.

ZEROSTARS = If I could chose that, I WOULD. As an avid pizza lover and eater, my taste buds were specifically CRAVING papa john’s today. As American consumers, we have NUMEROUS options for QUICKDELIVERYPIZZA(i don’t think i need to list all the chain /local pizza companies…) Since it was an EARLY Sunday afternoon(3PM), prior to the«dinner rush» and surely well enough past the«church rush», when i was quoted THIRTYMINUTES for my delivery, i did not bat an eye. 30MINUTES… 40MINUTES… 50MINUTES… Phone call one… put on hold for 10 minutes Phone call two… put on hold AGAIN by Eddie… apparently who went«looking for the manager» On hold again for 7 more minutes… Phone call three(when my a** was in the car on the way to the store to handle things myself) I GETPUTONHOLDAGAINAND I LOOSEIT. I hang up, I’m gonna handle this in person. It’s now been 70+ MINUTES… I walk in and LOWANDBEHOLDTHEREARESIX(*SIX*) papa johns EMPLOYEES just standing around doing WHOKNOWSWHAT. It then takes FOURMINUTES(*FOUR*) for TONYTHEMANAGER to come over,(although he’s been in eyesight the whole time.) my phone number was apparently taken down wrong when the order was placed — although he repeated it to me on the phone NUMEROUS times when ordering(not sure how thats feasible) — AND not only was the fake number they wrote down A NON-WORKINGAREACODETHATTHEY«TRIEDTOCALL» … BUT my name is at the key box of our apartment, SOBARRY, delivery guy, COULDHAVECALLEDORBUZZEDME,(but his incompetency clearly overshadowed the obvious solution in this situation.) Order the cinnamon knots they were awful. Tasted like tied bread with grease! They were sitting in a puddle of whatever oil the use to make the supposed«cinnamon sugar» stick… It tasted like cinnamon on greased bread. It was terrible I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I feel bad for previous Unilocal reviews of this papa john’s location. I picked up an extra large pizza after work tonight and was surprised when I opened the box. Usually pizza chains ex: Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, Little Caesars, Jets, etc have the greasiest pizzas known to man kind. However, this pizza was actually one of the best ones I’ve had from a Papa John’s. Crust to crust pepperonis, and really not a drop of «unwanted» grease. Notice the parentheses, yea I know pizza is supposed to be have grease but too much takes away from the real taste of the sauce and cheese. The service was excellent and I will definitely be making a stop here after work to pick more orders.

Ordered pizza from here last night after 3 hours of waiting it never showed up! So this morning I call to ask what happened because they charged my credit card and the manager says«oh this is the 3rd time this week someone hasn’t gotten there pizza» they need to tighten up, this is a business get it together. I will never order from here again… oh and ps you will wait on hold for 10 min before someone takes your order

I pre-ordered the pizza online before 9am for an 11:30am delivery. It ultimately arrived cold, over 2 hours late, and I had to call 3 times to check in, each time waiting on hold. They offered a free soda to compensate me, but did not actually bring it on the delivery. This is the second time an order has arrived both cold and unacceptably late from this location. To be fair to them, upon asking to speak with the manager on my 3rd call, they apologized, accepted responsibility, and provided me with a full refund.

I ordered a pizza and received a confirmation email at 12:00 pm. My pizza arrived at 1:36 pm, with the wrong type of crust, and the driver had no change, forcing me to tip almost 50% and negating the promotional price that was my whole motivation for ordering pizza today. This place needs to get their act together quick.
