Just looking to have a good time with some friends on the water in Nashville? We have a variety of social events that are centered around stand up paddle boarding, but also provide a great opportunity to become a part of our city’s great community of outdoor enthusiasts.

History

Established in 2012.

We began renting boards in Aug of 2012. After just a few short months we realized we wanted to expand and signed a long term lease with Rock Harbor Marina. We have enjoyed a successful growth each year in the business. We began carring the major brands and all equipment associated with SUP.

I had 35 years in the financial investment and insurance industry. I wanted to enjoy a business that involved outdoor exercise, water and help people explore a new fun activity. Stand UP Paddle Boarding was a natural. I have always been an exercise enthusiast especially cycling. Opening Paddle Up TN, LLC was a natural thing to do and haven’t looked back since.
