Our pain management doctors and nurse practitioners treat chronic pain; mostly back, neck, spine and neuropathic. Our pain management doctors do not seek to ONLY «manage» pain. Our pain doctors seek to cure the underlying condition causing the pain and empower the patient to improve their overall health. When the underlying condition can not be cured, our focus becomes educating the patient to control pain through health improvement methods.

History

Established in 2010.

So important to the mission of Momentum that we offer alternative forms of pain care that we strategically positioned our clinic above a chiropractic clinic. We’ve since relocated and added physical therapy and counseling and offer chiropractic services onsite, but instead prefer to refer out to select chiropractors for this service.

We consider our clinic to be health rehabilitation with pain management as just one of the many services we offer. It is our goal to educate and empower our patients to improve their health status. Doing so will ultimately resolve most pain causing conditions. We are committed to the education and research of pain care and chronic illness.

Manager

It is not relevant for any one person at Momentum Medical + Wellness to be placed in the forefront. Every member of our team is as important as the other. We view ourselves much like a baseball team. The team is comprised of players (employees) that play (perform) a very specific position (role). The teams success depends on every player (employee) performing his/​her position (role) at a very high level and at just the right time. For the team to be successful every individual player (employee) must likewise have individual success. No one position can function without every other position functioning in concert with all the others.
