Stopped by the day before thanksgiving and they were very busy, but they still had time to check my tire pressure and fill some more air. They are incredibly nice and extremely helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been using Mcduffee for 5 years. They are family owned and the customer service is the best you can get! They are honest and take care of their clients. I will never go anywhere else!

These guys are awesome! I dropped my car off in the morning and asked if they could fix my window, my A/​C and change my oil. They called me by 9 am with a quote and fixed it all that day!!! And the price was extremely reasonable. I’ll be driving from Hendersonville just to use this shop in the future. I hate going to mechanics but I find I can trust these guys. Great sense of humor too.

The best tire service I’ve ever experienced. Also possibly the best Customer service I’ve ever experienced– and that’s really saying something if you’re an extremely particular person, like myself. I’m proud to have found this family-​run business, thanks Unilocal!I will return to McDuffee for everything car-​related from now on. They win. The fact that they were able to fix & balance my tire in under 30minutes is just icing on the cake.

This place is great. I’ve had a great deal of trouble with my tires in the past 7 – 8 months and I’ve come here all 4 times. I feel that they are really honest with me (as a young female with hardly any car/​tire knowledge) and truly care for my safety. Upfront about problems and pretty quick to get things taken care of… Prices aren’t outrageous and my dad (retired mechanic) was happy with their repairs. I trust these people to take care of me while my dad and brother are 2 hours away and can’t come to my rescue!

My daughter carried her car by with a «smoking engine» and they diagnosed her problem to a leaking hose and fixed it at a nominal cost. Honest service for a fair price, what a great concept! McDuffee’s was recommended by a friend and now we know why! I will trust them for any future work!

I just had a pleasant-​enough experience at McDuffee. In fact, the customer service was great. But I paid $ 179 per tire for my Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max (plus $ 60 labor) where they are plainly $ 133 — $ 150 at most other vendors online… Walmart, Sams, etc.
I had asked while in the store if they had a price-​mach guarantee, but they don’t. Of course, I was already there with a flat tire so I wasn’t going anywhere else.

Update: Mr. McDuffee called me today after hearing my voicemail. He didn’t offer a credit, but he did talk with me about the tire business and the benefits of his services (free lifetime rotation & balance, etc.). He explained that most of these other tires retailers must order tires which comes with additional hidden shipping costs.
While I’m still annoyed that I feel as though I over-​paid slightly, I can’t fault the McDuffee customer service philosophy. I’ve gone from 2 the 3 stars.

Family owned and operated for over 25 years, McDuffee’s specializes in all things tires. I blew a tire that was less than a year old, Gary, the owner, personally called Goodyear to ask for a warranty reimbursement. He was able to secure 75% of the value of the bad tires for a new set. great service! Doug, his son was also super attentive and friendly. these guys are all about customer service and making sure your car is taken care of.
bonus: if you have kids with you they have a little kids corner with all sorts of books, toys and crayons.
My experience at McDuffee’s is by far the best tire shopping experience I have ever experienced. keep up the good work, McDuffee’s!
