I got a cuticle trim here 2 weeks ago for $ 7 and this week they charged me $ 12… They wouldn’t do it for $ 7 today.
They also pulled instruments out of a «sterile» bag, but the tape wasn’t sealed. I work in the dental field and I know what the package is supposed to look like coming out of the sterilizer and they are faking it. The cuticle trimmer had someone else’s cuticles all over it and I couldn’t help but say something. I really should have just walked out then. I think the only way to be safe in these places is to bring your own instruments… I went to this place from a review saying it was clean! Ugh.

Do NOT go here!!! Worst service ever!!! They were short staffed, both my daughter and I’s chairs were broken, they rushed on our pedis and manis even though when we walked in there was only one other person. Didn’t offer us a drink until half way thru. I’m very very disappointed and will be going tomorrow somewhere else to fix this mess of a pedi! Uuuuuggghhhh!!! Not what we needed on the day of my daughter’s dance recital.

Let me preface this by saying the last time I went here was an awful experience. The place was dirty and the people were rude.
I decided to try it again as I was in a pinch to get my nails redone and was pleasantly surprised to find the whole place had been remodeled. New equipment, new furniture, and NEW OWNERS!
They bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable, offering me a drink (I chose water, but I’ve heard they offer wine as well) and asking frequently if I needed anything; if I was doing okay.
The owner asked how I liked the new place, how it compared, etc… and was a friendly young man who seemed to genuinely want to know how he could improve.
As far as the actual nail service, the woman was fast and gentle and did good work. She also spoke good English, which made the transaction easier.
If you have been left with a bad taste in your mouth by this place, please do yourself a favor and try it again.
The prices are reasonable and the people can’t be friendlier.
