1star is really more than they deserve in my mind. I will never NEVER use this service again. EVER. Our tax preparer was either very poorly trained or simply didn’t care enough to try to help us get back all the money we deserved. He lost all of our paperwork (including w-​2s), didn’t file our state taxes, missed our property taxes, daycare, moving expenses and caused us to pay unnecessary penalties. All and all I really don’t feel like he had any idea what he was doing. Especially considering we had to explain parts of what his form was asking. I don’t know why I even let them file for us. My mother in law went over our tax return and would have gotten us substantially more money back using Tax Act.

Don’t use this location. I told these people I moved. Paid them to do my return and they failed to put my new address in and have given me a run around all day about fixing. Just a big bunch of stress for no reason. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.
