Firestone Complete Auto Care

My mom and I drove from Florida escaping the warm weather for the weekend. After we got here her tire pressure light turned on. I had no idea how to check the pressure or fill them up. We stopped here and who seemed to be the manager took great care of us! I even learned a thing or two from him. We are now ready to road trip again thanks to him!

TERRIBLE. Unfortunately for them I am not a woman who is uneducated about cars.
I was speaking on the phone with assistant manager Matt and I was pulling in the parking lot. Estimate: 1 hour to replace break pads $ 99.
I walked up to the counter and got helped by a girl about my age who then proceeded to tell me the wait alone to check my brakes would take 45 minutes. Slightly irritated but understanding that mistakes happen I agreed and told her to call me as I was going to walk around Walmart next door to kill time. 1 hour later I received a call from the same lady (can’t remember her name!) who very curtly told me «we checked everything it’ll be $ 455.» She insisted I need my rotors replaced too. I knew I didn’t and was very adamant about it so she put assistant manager Matt back on the phone. He agreed and said I needed everything replaced but he would bring the price down to $ 395 for me. I told her to hold on that I would walk back and discuss with him.
Well as soon as I walked in, Matt looked at me and said «oh your good your rotors are fine my technician marked it in the wrong place.» His version of an apology was saying «it’s been one of those days.» Well I don’t know about you but that doesn’t seem a good enough reason to rip a customer off. I am 100% sure if I would have been naïve and said okay to getting the rotors replaced no one would have stopped me!
It makes me extremely upset to see a company, especially one so large and well known, trying to take advantage of a young woman who comes in alone. My suggestion: if you must go here and don’t know anything about cars, get a second opinion. Or at the very least call a friend with some knowledge!!!

Went there yesterday to get a tire patched. They were very friendly and patched it up no problem. Then I drove to Gatlinburg and my tire is flat again… So that’s where I’m at and not very happy. Either it wasnt patchable or it wasn’t a very good job. Or I ran over another nail. Either way, I’m stuck in Gatlinburg on a Saturday.

These guys are super nice and always helpful! I’ve been here a few times just to get air in my tires and twice to get repairs. Every time they were fast and did a great job!

Heard good things about these guys and dropped off my car to get a leaky radiator hose replaced. The estimate floored me but the guy said the parts may come in cheaper. The work was done on time and luckily enough, the parts *were* less (plus I found an online coupon) so my bill was about 20% less than I expected.
After I got home I popped the hood to check the fluid level and noticed that the shop had cleaned up most of the leaked coolant that had been on top of the engine! Nice bonus.
My first time here and I will use these guys again. Love that they have Sunday hours!

Great experience here. The mechanics are killer, extremely friendly, and take care of you even without having to ask for it.
I will definitely be back, be sure to ask for Trey as your mechanic. Super nice guy, does great work, easy to talk with.

Brought in my mustang to originally get it aligned and was offered an offer of lifetime alignment and balance I couldn’t refuse. Point of story is thanks to there tech (James) my car is running like showroom new. Will be taking my truck to get it aligned as well soon. Customer service was also great and best of all they got it done in the time they said they were gonna finish it. Awesome job guys!

After going there I had to take my car to another mechanic because after an inspection and oil change they had no idea what was wrong with my car. I left my car there and 4hours later I called to check in and they had said they started on it buy took it down to work on someone in the lobby. I got upset and went back and waited in the lobby. Eventually they have me a huge list saying all that was the problem with my car. After they realized I wasn’t buying that they referred me elsewhere. I left, went elsewhere, and I was correct. They were trying to upsell me and had no idea what was wrong w the car and were obviously not going to fix it. Okay for tires and oil changes, clueless otherwise. I won’t go back.

I like their tires and they do good work, but they take forever! Do not come here if you are on a schedule! I brought my car in for an oil change. I called before I brought my car in and they said it would be done in 2 hours and it took over 3 hours. I ended up having to bring it back to get my tires because I had to leave. I made an appointment to bring it back, which made no difference at all. They promised me it would be done in an hour and a half this time and it took 3 hours again! And everyone in the waiting area was experiencing the same.

Make sure you ask how much anything will be before you hand your keys over. I took my car in to get an estimate on repairs to the oxygen sensors. They took the car, performed a simple computer diagnostic (which AutoZone, O’Reillys, or Advanced Auto Parts will do for free) and said it would be $ 950 to replace 2 oxygen sensors. I declined the service, but they hit me with a charge of $ 115 for the computer diagnostic. They were unclear up front as to what they were going to do and how much it would cost. I bought 2 oxygen sensors from AutoZone for $ 350 and replaced them in about 20 minutes with a little help from Google.

I absolutely LOVE this Firestone location. They always take such good care of me! Money is very tight for me, but they always make sure I can get what I need done at that moment. They help me prioritize emergencies over «would be nice» options.
I’ve had a couple times that I’ve even gone to just get something checked out and they’ve done it for free.
I’ve been going for 8 years and they treat me like the loyal customer that I am– and that treatment keeps me loyal! Way to go guys!

This Firestone is the best of the three locations I have visited in Middle Tennessee. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. Prices aren’t the best, but it’s convenient and they frequently offer coupons.

I had a flat tire recently, so I came to Firestone to get a new tire and have them make sure everything was in order. I’m ashamed to admit it, but I know next to nothing about cars. So I had to have complete faith in the people at Firestone. I first went to the one on Franklin Pike, which was completely packed and unhelpful. The workers said they couldn’t look at my car for 6 hours, and also said the other Firestones were just as busy. This wasn’t true, though– I called the Nolensville Pike Firestone, and they said they would be happy to help me as soon as I got in. I took my car in and they set me up with a new tire and did all the checks as courtesy. I was in and out quickly, and they gave me a fair price along with complete documentation on their work. They have a nice TV area to wait in, the space is clean, bright and spacious (as opposed to the Franklin Pike’s small cramped office) and everyone was friendly and helpful. Great service, great prices. Thanks, Nolensville Firestone!

Absolute worst service ever. And has always pushed way too hard to up-​sell unnecessary products. I go out of my way to avoid getting my alignment corrected there, Even if it is free.
